This review is about the USPS in general, not the Book Rd. location. My experience is usually with the Ogden Ave., Naperville IL location. I really wish they would eliminate the entire USPS. The waiting time is generally 15 min. plus, no matter when I go. They do not answer the phone. They have forgotten to hold my mail while on vacation several times. My friend used to work for the USPS and she said she couldnt understand how any mail ever got delivered because no one did any work, except one Asian lady. Everyone sat around all night playing cards. Lets face it, most things can now be emailed and if the USPS did close nationwide, FedEx and UPS would come up with a service for letters that would be much more efficient and dependable. I avoid the USPS whenever possible.

This is the best Postal Staff I have ever seen. They are so sweet. They are efficient, fast and personable. They are always so pleasant. I have to go to the Post Office all the time and they are always great!!! I have never used a post office like this one. I am a business owner and having to go to the Post Office all of the time, for years, I know what to normally expect. They exceed all expectations. I changed my P.O. Box to that location and only go there unless they are already closed for the day. The whole staff is great but my two (2) favorite personalities are Ron and Amanda. Great job guys, keep it up!!!

The post office employee was not friendly. He smirked at me when he told me I could not reuse a bag to mail my package. I just felt he was rude and could have went about this a different way.

Nicest staff, found something I accidentally put in the mail before it got shipped out. Quick and efficient. Also had the mobile stain if the line gets long. Only post office I will go to.
