Every time, when we ask Flat Rate Envelope, they dont have it. Instead of that, they offering double price Package. I dont understand, why they make us Pay double price while there is option at half price shipping. and this happens every single time and that is why I am putting review.

Constantly ruin, and lose mail. Always find everyone elses mail in my mail box. Always get the second and final notice about packages without ever receiving the first slip. Not one good thing to say. Prefer to drive to Algonquin or use FedEx/UPS. Can not trust my local mail carrier.

Mail man backed up into my driveway and knocked my garbage can over (luckily disposal company just picked up trash). Didnt even bother get out and put it back up. Pure ignorance. Employees inside post office lack of proffesionalism also

It is small space but the people working there are always efficient, helpful and friendly! Never had a problem with delivery or service in the 12 years Ive been in Huntley.
