The workers in the office are good, however if you live in the area i do the delivery actually is worse then any i have seen. Post man doesnt get here on pine grove till sometimes 4-4:30 his attitude is negitive and nasty. They say he has until 5:00pm to be back and he defently takes advantage of this. Delivery this late in the evening stops bank transactions and delays everything until the next day. I know post people that work there and they get their job done alot faster and better. I even suspect this postman holding mail back and delivering it " when he wants" to be vendictive. Had a check posted on the 25th that vanished until a week later, the post mark was on the 25th and there was no re-routing post marks on it. We know if it went somewhere else it would be multi-stamped so where was it for a whole week. We dont know, they say they dont know. Huuuummmmm Bad delivery, bad attitude, bad service. Hes just one post man though- they need to get him in check, and make him be more professional, and respectful, or get someone else to do the job. If his route is so large like they say then devide it and get someone else to do part of it. Something.

The post office itself is great and I have always had wonderful service there. However, the mail carrier service needs much improvement. On multiple occasions, the mail carrier has stuffed a package that was too big to fit into the mail box. Usually, I can get it out by bending the cardboard box, but on the worst occasion, not only did I open the mailbox to find a package had been forced into it, but that the inside part of the flag was broken off in the process. Beyond that, the mail that I put out to be delivered is not always picked up. I would have given this a one star except for the excellent service at the actual post office itself.

I live in an apartment complex and whenever I order a package, no matter how small, I always open my door to find that little pink slip telling me that I have to come in person for pickup. They never have the brains to just put it in my mailbox. Ive had them return packages without my consent and it is very annoying they could either leave it in my mailbox or leave it with the apartment manager instead they leave me a pink slip on my door and its a chore to try and find my package.

They kept losing my address change form I had to fill out three!??? And they acted as if they couldnt even track my mail ..because they were having a marvelous, tear jerking conversation amongst themselves...smh

Try to find ways to not take your package and offer no help. Drove to ocean spring, no problem. Dont go there.
