Went to pick up a certified letter at closing time. Employee named Randi was yelling at me before I even got all the way inside that "were closed Sir". She repeated that 3 times until I was standing in front of her. After realizing I was not going away, she got the letter from me and told me "you need to be here before 5:00 next time". Terrible customer service. Think they may stay open late on tax day to better serve their customers? Not a chance they would be in inconvienenced with that. I should have known better then to waste my time with them. Trust me, its worth the drive to just go to the Bloomington location like I had to last night.

The post office sees allot of traffic each day, due to it being next to a big university, yet I havent had to wait any longer than 3 minutes.. I sell items on eBay and I am in here at least 10 times a month. The staff is very helpful and I tend to rely on them for weighing my packages before I purchase the postage through eBay.(I dont have a scale).

This Post Office is the worst office I have ever had to go to. It doesnt matter who is working at the counter, they are rude. If you ask them a question, they basically make you feel dumb and let you figure it out on your own. I have been in there and heard them degrading callers on the other end of the line to coworkers. Just terrible.

Every time I go into this post office, the employee are constantly being rude to not only myself but other customers. Iv had two issues over the past year where my package has sat at the bloomington post office for close to a week before being delivered. The employee refuse to be of any help in tracking a package down.

Worst experience Ive ever had at a post office. The woman behind the counter would not answer my question. She insisted I go to the back of the line until "I figured it out" I wish I got her name because she has no business working with the public.

They continually deliver other peoples mail to my address. It doesnt even say my address on the piece of mail. Clearly the postal worker (who is constantly on his phone) isnt paying attention when he puts the mail in the mailbox.

Sitting on my couch waiting for a delivery when I hear something thrown up against my door. I open the door to find my package laying on the floor. Someone needs to contact me about this and possibly refund my purchase

Will never use this post office again. Very rude employees who have no idea what they are doing. Lost the same package twice and yelled at ME on the phone about it. Will never be coming back here! Very dissatisfied!
