Lake Geneva Post Office has HORRIBLE customer service, There is a man that works there named KEN, he is extremely rude and disrespectful to customers, I have been in line many times and when Ken is at the window he is rude to every single customer. Ken down talks customers, he is bossy, absolutely no manners !! I will not go to the window when Ken is working I will either go another day or to another post office. Ken will act completely different when his boss is in near, I have heard from other residents in LG that they have been treated poorly by this person.

Worst post office I have ever encountered. Mail delivered to neighbors instead of your address, mail put inside of your garage and your left thinking you never received the package until you find it a week later, and a mail carrier that lies about my dogs and the post office manager sends horrible letters backing something that never happened. Never in my life have I come across such poor behavior from a post office.

Aside from Ken being a cool helpful postal employee, Every Time (not just occasionally but always) when I am expecting a parcel it never gets sorted into my box in a timely manner, it just sits in the back for a week until somebody decides to put it where it belongs ... I frequently wait extra weeks for my Parcels to get sorted into my box and Im not ever sure why because no one can explain it to me...

I have never once had an unpleasant experience here. The employees go above and beyond. Always willing to let the 5 minute late customer in even after doors are locked. Always helpful in finding you ways to save money. I am here usually at least twice a week and no everybody by name now. Its great! A stamp machine ( they used to have one ) would be a nice feature but not by any means a deal breaker!

I lived in Lake Geneva for seven years. I thought that the employees at the Lake Geneva Post Office were very friendly and cordial. Always a smile and eager to please! They have my vote! The only thing they need is a stamp machine and one of those automated weigh machines were you can dispense your own postage, in the lobby! :>)
