My nieces filled out a change of address form for them only, the mall carrier stopped my mail from being delivered because he "assumed" that everyone moved! My nieces and I dont have the same first or last name, my name was not on the form only theirs. I wasnt receiving mail for over a week because theyve been returning my mail back to sender!! The mail carrier kept putting in my mailbox a vacant card for the new residents to fill out which Im still living there! Since when does the mail carrier makes the decision to assume that residents are no longer at that address and then stops your mail?! One of the supervisors was apologetic and said that the carrier made an honest mistake (That wasnt a mistake that was an assumption.) and said that its taking care of and that I will be receiving my mail to my address and my nieces will be receiving theirs to their address. I finally got my mail and my nieces also, but to my address, hmm. Ive been in this town for 10 yrs and Ive always had problems with the postal service!!

It is December 20th. We have a few Christmas gifts for my daughter that havent come in yet. Should have come today, but the post office is closed. The tracking shows that they are closed for business and that it will ship when they reopen. How can they close the entire week leading up to Christmas? Why cant I get through? There is no voicemail, no reason posted why they are closed. This office is horrible. Its always disorganized and packages are always late or never delivered.

They are absolutely terrible to deal with. I have had so many issues with them as of late. We have had a check go missing, a gift card and now my sons social security card gone. I have called and called so many times before they lost his SS about the issues we have been having at our address. We have been ignored and they are not resolving the issues. The delivery supervisor there is terrible! I am not happy with them at all.

Personnel is very friendly, and post office layout is efficient and easily accessible. I went this morning before hours of operation to purchase a booklet of 20 stamps, unfortunately the stamp dispenser took my $9.40 and no stamps were dispensed. There was no out of order notification on the machine or way to get a refund.

This is the worst post office I have ever been to. There is always a huge line no matter when you go. The staff moves at a snails pace. I will do anything in my power to avoid going here. Post offices in surrounding larger towns like Peoria, Champaign, Decatur never have these issues.

have tried to reach them by phone for over an hour, got voicemail each time because "all of our phone lines are currently busy." Advised me to call the USPS 800 number which then told me to wait 40-50 minutes for someone to talk to me. What the heck is wrong with these people.

For 20+ years, theyve always helped me get the lowest price available for shipping & have always been friendly & courteous. The lines are busy about half the time. Typically, around 1-3, is when Ive found is the best chance for short (or no) lines.

I wont ever have my packages come through USPS again. They mark my packages as undeliverable. When I call to ask why. They claim they never received my packages. Well how can you mark something u never had. Tracking info tells everything.
