I order packages from amazon all the time and about 6 months ago half of my deliveries will be delivered and half will not. I sometimes get slips saying an attempt was made and half the time I dont. I have called the post office numerous times in regard to my packages stating they were attempted to be delivered when there actually was no attempt made. I have a 5 month old baby and dont work so I am always home. There are always cars in my driveway showing someones home as well as a front porch that is covered in case of rain but still my packages are not being delivered and the few that are delivered keeps being left by a door that has no porch or protection from the weather. Still the carrier is stating an attempt was made when in fact there was no attempt at all. I have also witnessed the carrier using my personal dollies to unload and transport packages from their vehicle to my door. I have asked them to at least ask being using something thats not theirs and to return it before they leave and still they use my stuff without asking and never return my dolly to its proper place. I have received multiple notices stating a package was "To Heavy" for it to be delivered. Everytime its dog food and I have been receiving the same bag of dog food for 3 years now every month and never had a problem before. If its too heavy ask to use my dolly and return it to where it goes or ask me for help. Im always home. Im getting tired of having to contact the post office when they should just be doing there jobs and delivering the packages that I ordered.

I have the absolute worst mail carrier ever. She is constantly returning my packages to the post office with a note that there was no place to leave them, instead of leaving them at the door or front gate as I have repeatedly requested. My house and driveway are private, so there is no security issue. I also get slips in my box even if I am home to receive my packages. There have been times that no notification has been left at all, causing my packages to be returned to the shipper. I just recently had this happen again. I was checking the tracking number on a shipment, and it showed returned to the post office with a redelivery attempt pending. I called to tell them not to redeliver because I was coming to retrieve the package but was told that a redelivery had already been attempted, so my package was returned to the shipper. I questioned this, only to be told that the carrier left notification of a redelivery attempt in my box. I told her there was no notification of an original attempt, much less a redelivery attempt, left in my box. I asked if the tracking number would show this and she said it would, so I had her look it up to see for herself that this did not happen. Not that it mattered because the attitude is "oh well."

I just moved OUT of Highland Springs apartments where for the past six years I have had THE WORST mailman on the planet. And dont bother complaining, they are union protected. He drives an older Jeep as his delivery truck and CONSTANTLY put mail in the wrong boxes. The best part of moving out of those apartments is I can now have important stuff sent to ME instead of my moms because the guy in the Jeep from the Vancleave office is no longer my mailman!!!!!!

This is the sorriest Gd post office Ive ever seen, my mail is constantly being delivered to the wrong address and not even 10 mins ago I was supposed to get a package...it says "Delivered" on my tracking and the mail person just passed me on the street going the other way. Nothing in my mailbox and nothing in the neighbors mailbox so they must have either taken it or lied...I would give negative stars to these clowns if I could...

We have been at our address for a year and a half. We get all of our neighbors mail at least 2 or 3 times a month. My heat sensitive packages get left out in the mailbox with the door open, and more often then not we dont even get our mail sometimes itll be more then a week before we see any mail.

Amy is great. She answered the phone after hours and saved my package from being shipped back to sender. My delivery man is awesome. Subs...cant find me and Ive been there over 23 years. But thank you Amy for retrieving my package!

This place rocks the people in the office work very hard very friendly and courteous now if we can get the carriers to deliver boxes to our house instead of leaving a slip and being lazy saying we are not home it would be 5 stars

For 8+ yrs tried to stop route person from using OUR street box for them who CHOOSE not to put their OWN up....still do it. I am disabled. Thot my bx was private... guess not ?

Someone decided to purposefully remove sendee name and put it on the sender and my package went all the way back to who sent it
