Ive used this post office before, have had no problems. Until I decide to send a birthday gift to my cousin in Normal IL I live in Aurora IL. Sounds easy. I wasnt offered a tracking # and /i didnt need a confirmation because I knew who it was going to. I brought it to the post office sat. Aug. 24th. It was supposed to arrive mon. Aug. 26th. Supposedly it has been delivered except not to my cousin. so its either lost or has been delivered to someone else. Not very happy, disapointed in the service and of course claims isnt picking up the phone. Just makes me more agitated. Unfortunately i cant do no stars so i put one.

Worst customer service ever. Customer service reps have attitudes when you call and ask them a question. Sorry you have to do your job. They arent helpful and defer you elsewhere everytime you call acting like you should know their internal workflows.

they are really nice here! The only time I had a bad experience was when an empliyee from the main post office showed up. She was not friendly at all! But the rest of them are really great.
