WHOEVER IS READING THIS GO TO THE UPS STORE IN FRONT OF JEWEL-OSCO THEIR PRICES ARE THE SAME IF NOT CHEAPER AND YOU WILL BE IN AND OUT IN LESS THAN 5 MINUGTES GUARANTEED!! I swear this post office is the slowest most inefficient place I Have been to. The line is always out the door and after waiting 30 minutes to be helped "Betty"{ made me pay for tape on a pre paid drop-off!!! PLEASE CLOSE THIS LOCATION DOWN THYE UPS STORE AS PO BOXES AND OPEN 24 HOURS TO!

Their hours are terrible. This is also a fine example of "government in action" where speed is not necessary. I go to Streamwood when I can help it, which is larger and they seem more motivated to help you in a timely manner. Bartlett likes to tell you everything you did wrong. The USPS and IRS might be in cahoots!

Slowest service in the area. They have a maximum of two queues. There are virtually always long, slow lines. The employees neither friendly or unfriendly; but they are very picky.

Best post office ever. Very helpful. Had my mail held but no one could find it. The lady here called everywhere until it was found.
