I am very disappointed in this Postal Office. There was a problem with my package and it was the mailman mistake and he came and apologize, but the lady I have spoken on the phone at that location was very rude. Wouldnt let me talk and explain the situation. She just kept saying that it was delivered to my door and she can see that on the GPS. I am just wondering how can you see on your GPS that the package was delivered to the right door. Luckily, the situation got resolved, but left me with a very bad experience from the lady that answers the phone. Have spoken with many representative from that location before and never had that kind of salty experience.

You guys messed up the mailI!! ve got 4 of my neighbors mails at my house instead of mine , I called twice to check whether I supposed to be getting any mail or not but 2 peoples answer the phone and said nothing They can do , so I have to ring the neighbors house bring their mails to their house and asking whether they get mine or not ? This is really terrible !!

terrible mail carriers, several packages since Saturday delivered to the wrong address and no real urgency to help me recover my stuff. The mail carriers here make no effort at all. Very unhappy ! This is my 4th issue in a month with missing items due to the carriers fault
