This post office is amazing! Recently, my packages were going missing. They were delivered by USPS so i went to this post office to see if they could look into for me. They did, and it turned out that someone was stealing my packages from my apartment building. I had two more packages coming, so I called and asked if they could intercept them for me so I could just pick them up from the post office instead of risking them getting stolen. Pam (the employee who answered the phone) looked for the package right away, found it, and put it up front for me to come pick up in person (free of charge). The employees at this post office were very kind, helpful, efficient, and empathetic throughout this whole process! Thank you so much for saving my Christmas!

The night manager is extremely rude and condisending as well as everyone who works there. I got there right before closing time and theyre response was "we only have one clerk" but heres an idea, Why not hire more people? This place is definitely not recommended. Go to the Wheaton post office and their staff are super nice. If there was a way to give them 0 stars.. I would.

It is slow, always so dont plan on getting in and out of there quickly. It is just not going to happen. If you have everything ready and know what you need the staff is super friendly. I have never had a problem with the office but again I have learned that there will always be a wait. It is the post office - not a Wendys drive through.

Two of the. Counter staff members are good. The others are dreadful. There is one woman who treats people like criminals if they forgot the return address or have the nerve to bring something to the counter that could have been dropped in the bin. Ughh!

1 clerk for a line of 7????????? Helping filling out the form???? The form must be filled out previously. Also we can see that he works because he needs to, he doesnt like to do that.
