Jerry was super busy but because I had what seemed like a very serious (and inconvenient) issue (I couldnt reverse which meant parking in Chicago was almost impossible) he invited me to come in so he could check out my 2005 Chevy Malibu. He diagnosed and fixed the issue immediately - there was simply a missing bolt from getting a part replaced at Jiffy Lube - apparently they didnt tighten the bolts properly. He put in a placeholder bolt that he had and advised me on getting the actual part - the tire caliper - replaced under warranty at the Jiffy Lube I had been to since it had been damaged after the bolt fell out. He didnt charge me for his time (or the bolt) and even invited me back to get it checked out after Jiffy Lube replaces the part. I dont expect free service or suggest that you will get free service - but Jerry was very kind to go out of his way to help me out in my hour of need and I got a very positive vibe from him and his shop. Ive been driving for 15 years, Ive been to dealerships and shops both in Chicago and California, and Ive never been satisfied with or trusting of the service ANYWHERE! Ive even had small freebie repairs done before at different shops, but because of the level of service, the positive and genuine vibe I got, and the other 5-star reviews on Yelp, I feel comfortable and confident committing to take my car to All Tech from here on out for anything I ever need. If I receive anything less than 5-star service in the future then I will update this review, but so far so good! Thank you Jerry!

I wish I could give this an even higher rating. Jerry is just plain wonderful. I bought a used car, which I knew had a few issues that needed to be repaired, and brought it in to Jerry. He showed me exactly what needed to be replaced and explained every step to me. I went home and did my own research on the issues with my car - the price he quoted was exactly as it should have been. Ever since, he has always been able to squeeze in an oil change or tune up, no matter how busy he is, and turns everything around quickly and for a fair price. His body work is also incredible. Someone t-boned my car, damaging both of the drivers side doors. Not only did he repair the damage, but he even buffed out a few other scratches that he saw. I would gladly recommend Jerry and All Tech Auto Repair to anyone.

My car left me stranded the other day, and I had to it towed to All Tech. This was my first experience with All Tech, and Jerry was very informative and professional. He told me everything that was wrong with the car and exactly how much it would be. He didnt charge me for this. Unfortunately, Im going to junk my car, and I told Jerry this. I asked if it was okay to keep it there overnight until I have it towed again in the morning, and he said it was fine! He didnt even try to charge me, which I thought was nice since I have never been a customer of theirs. I will definitely return to them. Its so refreshing to get an honest mechanic, I had a great experience here!!!

Ive been to see Jerry several times now for both mine and my wifes cars. Always really nice, helpful, and honest. One of the few places that isnt trying to rip you off. ie: they dont try force unnecessary repairs. The fix whats needed, at a reasonable price, in a timely fashion. Yes, their waiting area is deceptively gross, and they have two non-functioning soda machines in the front, but youre not going there to hang out and drink Cokes are you? Anyway, two thumbs up, 5 stars, etc...

They are the best! Not only did they do what they said they would when they said they would, they also redid one part that showed up after the fact at no extra charge! Cant ask for better service than that. Such a blessing to have their quality of customer service in this day and age. Well return again and again. Our relationship has continued on even when the car died and we had to get another one. They work on anything...well, almost, I guess. Blessing to all of you at All Tech!!!

Jerry is the best. Hes exactly what you hope for in a mechanic: he moves fast in a pinch, he explains things in a way thats easy to understand, and hes honest. Over the years, Ive had him help both with new cars and old ones. Either way, hes super helpful when Im trying to strategize which repairs are worth the price. Im so glad hes in my neighborhood.
