Im quite surprised by these negative reviews, my experience with Budget Construction was nothing but positive. Chris oversaw my project through to completion, and every time I had a problem or a question that he didnt know the answer to (which was rare), he had his boss, Don Schneider, the owner and proprietor of Budget call me directly to sort out my concerns. As far as organization and timeliness goes, these guys were so cooperative. For example, when I found out that my custom kitchen cabinets were going to take 10 weeks to ship instead of 6 weeks, Chris was able to work on another project and then come back to install mine the day after the cabinets arrived. Another example of how on top of it these guys are was I have some very unique Art Deco crown moldings and baseboards that had started to crack - Chris and his team (Mirro) sub contracted another company who specializes in Crown Moldings to replicate the ones I had out of their own pocket because they insisted on every last detail being perfect. Overall, they did such a good job with my renovation that someone made an offer to purchase my apartment before the final touches of the renovation were complete. Id gladly use Budget for future projects and highly recommend them to others.

These guys did a great job, even despite my extreme errors in buying my own supplies. SUGGESTION TO ALL - Use Budget Construction to help plan your project from the start! It will help you in the long run, i guarantee it! So, I bought all my materials for a lighting remodeling project from a third party and contacted Don at Budget Construction to have his crew install the products Upon looking at my materials, they let me know all the things that would and would not work. They gave me suggestions on what i needed to get make this project work out. These guys are extremely professional and very knowledgeable. This is the precise reason you should rely on the help of experts when buying your materials! They were very patient and kept in touch to see when i would receive the parts i needed. They were able to schedule times to come install within a few days and always arrived exactly on time. The finished product looks fantastic and they gave me an unbeatable price, despite then having to come out multiple times to finish the project. Overall, i am VERY happy with budget construction and would highly recommend them to anyone for any construction/remodeling project!

When my wife and I decided to upgrade our upstairs attict into useful space (i.e., 2 bedrooms and a bathroom), we chose Budget Construction Company. We researched various companies relative to their experience, expertise, efficiency, effectiveness, quality and price and found them to fit our expectations and budget. Michael Rose, their sales agent, was friendly and courteous and understood what we wanted. He painstakenly took his time to review the space and quickly provided us with ideas of what could be done with the budget we had in mind. We mutually agreed on a contract with details of what we wanted, the corresponding prices and the start and ending of the project. What was amazing was the seemless resiprocity between us and their outstanding work crew throughout the entire project process, their efficiency, effectiveness , cleanliness, and timeliness. The end result was an incredible transformation that met our expectations at the cost we mutually agreed on! We would recommend this company 100%!

Just trying to get an estimate from this company was a humiliating and upsetting experience. Even though I expressed in the Homeadvisor.cm notes that my project was an install job only, they called and came out for a free estimate right away. When he was here and after I told him what I wanted done he nearly laughed and asked "is that it?" and said that the job was too small and hed charge $3,500 just to install a shower door, lights, vanity, mirror, and a sink. "Is that even what you want to spend?" he asked?... and then he went on to say "Youre not from Chicago are you?" for some reason and then went on to talk about how great and big his company is. Ive been here six years, sorry I never heard of you. Nor will i ever recommend this company to even get a free estimate. What a waste of my time and what an extremely rude and upsetting experience to be treated like that in my own home. Zero respect or courtesy.

I found myself greatly in need of roofing repairs and was referred by my neighbor to Budget Construction. The sales agent was very prompt in calling to set up and appointment to come out. He arrived when he said he would and was willing to work with my son on the details of the pricing. The team performed a quality job and I am very pleased with every aspect of the installation process. My suggested area of improvement would be better communication of start date so I could have planned accordingly. I had to reach out a few times to follow up on when the work would begin. However, once it began, it was done quickly and efficiently and to my complete satisfaction. I would definitely refer Budget Construction Co. to my friends and family.

I worked with Paul to get his old bathroom remodeled, and he insisted on Budget Construction. From our initial contact with Michael, who worked out the details, to the finishing touches of cleaning and polishing our new Medicine cabinet by the team, it was a professional and quality experience. Derrick and Andy did most of the construction, while Robert expertly cut & laid the floor & wall tile. We were thrilled that our vanity choice and other suggestions were used in the process of the reconstruction. Using quality paint and fixtures, they brought it all together wonderfully. We had a home improvement project that has been on our to do list for several years now, but were hesitant about the cost involved. We had received quotes in the past, but they were very high in price. About 3 months ago, we decided to try again with this company. We were pleasantly surprised with how reasonable the cost was. We also felt very comfortable with the representative. The work went very smoothly, to say the least. They arrive on time, cleaned up well each day so it was liveable, and the quality was excellent. Timely, Fast, Neat, Personable, Affordable. Not many more accolades I can add for my experience with Budget Construction. I called on Monday, they came on Wednesday, we talked. Following Friday, they found a financial institution to finance the project. Monday they were there to demo the kitchen. Two weeks later to the day, the job was completed. Perfect scenario.
