Hogan Design and Construction is exceptional in every way. Throughout our entire home renovation in Geneva, Brian and Brad Hogan were attentive to every detail. They continually brought expertise, creativity, and innovation to the project. They managed their team efficiently and in a very cost effective manner. Everyone was extremely professional and reliable. I most appreciated how quickly they would respond to any inquiry. It has been 3 years since our completion, and they 100% stand by their work. Going through a large home renovation can seem daunting, but working with the Hogans made the process very achievable and even enjoyable. I have a great deal of respect and gratitude for the entire Hogan crew.

Contracted with Hogan Design & Construction on a total rehab of my condo in Chicago. They were excellent to work with. Their design team consulted with me and came up with a renovation plan that fit my budget and turned my vision into reality. As it was my first renovation project their suggestions and expertise was extremely helpful in keeping the project on track. Project consisted of a new kitchen, moving a bedroom wall, new lighting, bathroom overhaul, 5 sets of new doors, refinishing wood floors, painting and my favorite installation of a barn door. I would highly recommend Hogan Design and plan to use them on a smaller project in the future.

They are very professional, courteous and responsive to work with and the quality of the craftsmanship was excellent. The fit and finish of the cabinets, flooring, plumbing - everything - was very good. Its key for a contractor to be responsive to questions and concerns and they were, throughout the project. The project finished on time and they worked with us to control costs. I highly recommend them.
