Recently moved to the area and we needed something fast. They had an inventory home available and we bough it. Not impressed with the finished workmanship on this home. We didnt noticed that there were no towel holders in the bathrooms, the house was filthy at walk through. I spent the last 45 days cleaning dust, paint, and silicone from all surfaces. Builder refused to correct the drywall deficiencies before closing even though they were in plain sight. We had to wait the 30 days occupancy for him to do so. Today the painter is here to paint over the drywall repairs, my house is again full of drywall dust except that now my furniture, rugs and window treatments are also covered on the disgusting white powder. So far the house appears sound and while he has made every attempt to correct every complaint we had, its the fact that he would not make such corrections before we moved in what bothers me the most. Not impressed.

Bought a home on Dockery Drive built by Grant and Company. I am the second owner and the home was built in 2008. I found upon a general inspection after purchase that the entire bedroom bath wing of the house was run with 1 wire and split off behind a light switch on the stairway. Installed a 3 ton condenser on a 4 ton ac system. Installed the ductwork for a vent in the dining room but never cut out the hole in the ceiling . I also question the so called city/ County inspections that were suppose to take place. Shotty electrical work. Ac contractor pulled a fast one and no inspection even though one was paid for. There getting top dollar for these homes???

Had my home built in Bartlett, nice home but I felt like i didnt everything I wanted due to not getting the correct information. I wanted a few different updates and was told if I waited till designing time I would only have to pay 25% down but when I get there its 100% down asked if I just go back and pay the 50% down when I did contract for the house and I couldnt. Crystol didnt communicate ,check in or nothing. I have bought few different homes in past and always received a ty card or gift. Didnt get anything from crystol not even a simple call.
