Fresh Anarchy

What seems like an upstanding and reputable company among many others like it that are greedy and deceptive follows the suit of the others like it. Pat Carmody and his son, Ryan Carmody, treated me very poorly in my one day that I worked for them. I had a battle in court with my ex fiance over trying to stop being alienated from my son, who she was keeping away from me after she was the one with pending violent charges due to her drinken violence. At the company I used to work for, Alpha Storm, the manager, Jeremy decided to take advantage of my domestic issues and sleep with my fiance at the time. Nevertheless, It was time to move on. The day after I was granted 50% rights to my 3 month old son and desperately needed a way to support him, Pat Carmody made up many reasons to fire me. He then proceeded to threaten my life while at his house/ business there at 100 meadows court on Oswego. I recorded the entire situation as I had the feeling I needed to protect myself and my ability to father my son. This man, Pat Carmody, had his manager refuse to help a customer I earned, with an insurance claim to replace their roof. Instead, he had the manager try to sell them materials and services when insurance would have covered a job much bigger and better for around the same money. I dont know who gave them the excellent reviews, but I can imagine they know a few people that could be coerced or bribed, even that are not part of the top of their glorified pyramid scheme they call Carmody Construction. Like a few other companies in this business, they come across as the Knights of whats right among thieves and how they "do good things because its whats right" but sadly, the reason you are reading this is because they treat their employees JUST as badly in the long run as they treat their employees. After Im done getting paid for my one day worth of sales, as promised, IF they honor at least that after refusing to leave, being forced to stay parked for god knows how long, I now have to go find a job to support my beautiful baby boy that I now have the chance to raise. I encourage anyone reading this far to ask the right questions and feel out the sales rep, but I believe there must be companies who are honorable to both customers and employees alike. If not, maybe I need to compete with them and show them how its done! You can fake a good image. You can not fake true intregity or honor...

I contacted Carmody Construction to provide me with competitive pricing against 2 other contractors that I had used in the past. When the salesman arrived I was surprised that it was actually the owner Pat Carmody himself. I was very impressed with the professionalism that was displayed in how Pat explained in detail the process of window replacement and the window product itself. He made the meeting enjoyable and comfortable which in the end got me to choose his company. The window replacement process was equally enjoyable and the Carmody Installation crew was extremely knowledgeable and professional during the duration of the project which only took 2 days for my 36 windows. I would definitely recommend the Carmody Team and ask for Pat Sr., hes a real character and loves what he does.

Carmody Construction replaced the roof, siding, gutters and windows at my home in Yorkville. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. They did everything we were told they would from start to finish. The project got started 1 week after we gave a down payment and was finished in full 2 weeks later, I expected it to take twice as long. My wife is very picky (so I hope she doesnt read this) and they came out promptly to deal with all her needs. The crews were hard-working, polite and helpful. They answered and responded any time we called the office and the salesmen Alex and Eric were a pleasure to deal with. Great experience with Carmody Construction. They helped me rehab my new home in Ottawa. They replaced the full roof and siding, and put in a beautiful patio door. From start to finish, the work and materials were quality and the salesmen couldnt have been more helpful and transparent with pricing and work timeline. I would highly recommend this company.

The roofer came out tore off the old shingles and replaced with the new shingles. They worked really hard all day, all the while cleaning their mess up .On the next day they finished up the little bit they had and picked up everything around the house . Eric was a very easy person to talk or get a hold of I would recommend them to my family or friends.
