Worst detailing I have ever seen. The manager has the stoic manners of a sloth on ambien, and acts like he couldnt care less if he had my business. Paid way more than I usually do, but I thought I was paying for a stellar job and convenience. When you ask someone, is the car ready ?and they say yes, a car with soaking wet seats, smudges, unwaxed, no engine clean, wheel wells still coated with road tar, smells like a dirty wet rag is NOT ready. He had the audacity to ask me if i had a garage to dry it in myself, and recommended I leave car on with the heater blasting so it would dry! What if I didnt have garage, what then? This is so awful as I have a road trip and will be driving for several hours tomorrow, just hoping car will dry on its own by then. Not looking good to dry on a rainy night! wouldnt go back if they gave me free washes for life. Paid $100 less at Fast Eddies on Webster near Damen ave right off the highway, and they make your car look like it just got off dealer floor, smelling beautiful, plus they have a great attitude with awesome customer service. Someone please go to Fast Eddies for your next car wash or detail, or even Brothers car wash in Cicero, way better than this place, go so I can feel better!

Love this place!!! They have such great attention to detail and have left my SUV in the best shape ever!!! They dry every crevice carefully with an air compressor. All of the washing of the vehicle is done by hand and by more than one person. They carefully hand washed the aluminum wheels of my edge and left them in better shape than the dealer! The interior of my edge was meticulously cleaned. Not a window was left with a streak, they didnt use too much conditioner on my dash and center console like other paces I have been to. They left the chrome in beautiful condition. They did a great job vacuuming every fiber of the interior. They even took the time to power wash and dry my weather tech mats leaving them like new. All for $22 !!! At first I thought the price was a little high given my edge is a mid size SUV, but after the service was completed I think it was cheap for all they did !!! And this was just a regular inside/outside wash!!! I could just imagine the shape they would leave it in if I took it for a full detail!!!! I highly recommend this car wash, and have referred a lot of friends to it. Great Job guys!!!!

Please dont bring your nice car to be ripped off and and drive out the same no changes at all. Not to mention the horrible service and wait time. Theres a great car wash by Roosevelt and cental that does a remarkable job for way under this bs. It seems their employees are more focused on oil changes than washes here anyway. The trunk was never popped open

Worse place to get an oil change. They dont keep track of your car so you can be waiting there like me for more than an hour even if the car is done. Save your money for another place that actually cares. Owner doesnt even know whats going on Im in his own business. Never coming back!

Ive been going to this car wash since it opened. Recently I took my car there to get it washed and they did not do a great job they need to get it together for the prices they are charging.
