Disappointed in the service provided. I had paid for a Gold Service only to receive a basic outside wash. My entire front end was covered in dead bugs, hence the reason for a car wash, and when they pulled the car out the bugs were still hanging out. Not only that, but the inside of my car was not touched at all. I had to ask the lady to please have them come & wipe down everything & windows, they never even vacuumed... Horrible service. If theres one thing that annoys me is half-assed service. If youre not going to do the job correctly please dont do it at all. Better yet, find a different profession.

I will never go here again. I pay $18.00 for the gold package, which is supposed to include cleaning the interior of the car. My seats are never cleaned, my cup holders are never cleaned, and the inner side panels are never cleaned. They never clean the rims and when you point out anything they missed they get an attitude about it. I had to go back and clean the interior of my car and the rims because when I mentioned it to them they got irritated and started to tell me it would cost extra. Even though it is included in the package I paid for. Horrible customer service.

Called ahead to make sure they would still wash my vehicle since it was close to the end of the business day. The man who I spoke to was the manager, Jose said yea perfectly fine. Upon arrival the employees refused to wash my vehicle even though I arrived at the agreed upon time. So I proceed to call jose back,the manager. He tells me he cant do nothing abut his employees lack to work. Have been a costumer for almost a decade but after this encounter it is safe to say I will no longer be paying a visit

some of this workers clean the lazy way if im going to get. a shity job done mine as well wash it on my own... they dont add enough soap and miss spot when scrubbing i have left with my tires dirty and the inside of the car with cup holder and certain areas still dirty .. try to give the place a last chance but they need to change many of these employees to get customers. many of these guys look and are lazyyy as hell...

I mean if you dont look too hard its decent. I spent an hour and a half there, paid an extra 10$ on top of the gold level wash, because the car was dirty yet my dashboard was not touched, my windows are dirty and the hood of my car is scratched up. On top of that they got offended because I asked for the car to be sprayed with air freshener. Dont go if you want a deep clean.

Cars that arrive later than others get washed first. Workers inside the wait area are definitely rude and when we express our concerns they get super defensive. Very disorganized and unprofessional. To top it off we were given $5 less change than we were supposed to. Thought it was cool to support local neighborhood business but Im not coming back and neither should you.

Just ok. Not worried about rinsing your car, they just soap and scratchy scratchy. If you ask for anything in particular like a good rinse to remove chunks of salt or mud you car. I guarantee your car will have new scratch. If you have a black vehicle stay away.

I have been coming here since last year, (brand new vehicle) I come have been coming here regularly. Overall a good car wash place. Of course if its super busy quality does suffer a little bit, but a good hand car wash. I would recommend.

Today is the last time I will ever spend my money at this place! They half ass clean your car and when you tell them about the things that need to be cleaned they get an attitude! Smh never again
