Brought my 3 week old car here for its second wash. From the start, before I handed over the keys, I had to ask someone to get the outer edge of, right side of the windshield. I watched THREE guys miss it. Another car wash missed that exact spot with my last wash, so I was paying attention to it (what is it about that spot??!) There were some spots I had to immediately wipe when they were through (3, but not a huge deal). What WAS a huge deal was seeing a 6 inch long scratch on my new car that wasnt there before I brought it to them. I have another Groupon for them but I think Im going to give it to someone. Not taking another chance with them...

They open at 7 and when I got there at 7:03 there were 2 vehicles in front of me but no one working yet. Slowly the workers were coming in with coffee and donuts. Took them almost 35 minutes as they were so few of them working. On top of that they were not using clean towels cause they were not washed yet! I have had good experiences in the past with this business but I think they need to get on their early bird game.

I just went there for the first time and got the $69 deal for a wash and interior shampoo. It was definitely worth every penny. I was embarrassed to bring my car in because it was so filthy on the inside...I transport my bike in the back and there were greasy chain marks on the seat and the floor and they were able to take care of those problem areas and make the interior look span kin new.Ill definitely go back!

Pretty quick, lines can be long, but they always work through pretty quick. Theyre thorough. Dont expect your hand to be held. Drive up, hand over your keys and let the guy behind the register know if you want something in particular, otherwise you get the standard wash. I buy in packs of 10 to save some $$. On your way out, head left to avoid a really tight turn right.

Totally blown away. Was expecting a typical exterior car wash and got a wash more detailed than even I would have done on my own. Exterior, interior, all seats and floor mats wiped down and the dash sparkly clean, all done by hand and with integrity. Takes a little longer but definitely worth $12 and 100% would recommend to a friend.

My go to place to get a cheap but effective car wash in the city. $12 (as of January 2016) gets you a full service interior and exterior clean. Make sure to let them know as soon as you drive in if you want floor mats cleaned. This is a no frills carwash place, but beats having to do it yourself, especially during Chicago winters.

Quick in and out car wash for a decent rate. Everything is hand washed. It might not be the best option in the winter though if you are trying to get the salt out from underneath your car. You will need an auto wash or do it yourself.

I took my 2014 Chevy Silverado in for a wash and came out with several acid scrathes on my front windshield. Notified the manager and he was like what do you want me to do about it. Till now im still dealing with my windshield
