For whatever reason, a lot of car washes close early-- not this one, so I was excited. The place has mostly do-it-yourself bays, which obviously I would never use, so I went straight to one of the two touchless automatic bays. I have to say, this car wash looks nice from afar, with cool red and green lights, and a well kept facility. Its located on the corner of 115th and Kedzie so even at night I felt safe. But when I pulled into the automatic bay... it didnt accept debit cards. Luckily there were no cars behind me so I reversed out and drove into the second bay, which did accept card payments. I chose the best wash with all the bells which was only 8 dollars. Unfortunately the pressure plate that lets the CPU know when your car is in the right position didnt work well. I had to reverse three times during the car wash because everything suddenly stopped-- the CPU thought my car was moving, which it wasnt. And the worst part is once the wash was done, the light for me to drive out never turned on, so I stayed there, and not only did I miss my drying time, the plastic-curtain gates in the front closed, trapping me inside. Had there been cars behind me, this would have been a nightmare. I specifically drive a small, maneuverable vehicle for times like these, so I was able to safely back out, but if that had happened to someone in one of those annoying trucks with zero turn radius, they would have had to ram through the curtains, dirtying their vehicle and defeating the purpose of coming to the car wash in the first place. I left with a soaking wet car, but it was admittedly very clean. The fact that the facility was well kept and that the gentleman using the manual wash bay looked happy enough, is why I bumped up my score to two stars. Still, dont go here, lol.

Sensors in credit card bay freeze when there is too much ice. I just sat for 30 minutes in bay with cars blowing behind me because the weight sensors would not register my car had pulled up. Theres usually an attendant here but he was nowhere to be found. I had already paid for my wash so I wasnt about to leave without getting it. After I backed up and pulled forward about 10 times the darn thing finally started. Ive been here at least 100 times before with no problem, but the one time I have a problem the attendant was MIA.

So where to begin I only 2015 Chrysler 200 with 19 inch wheels Ive gone to the automatic carwash multiple times and now I know where the all the damages come to my wheels the owner of the car wash claims its not his car wash I dont know how they think with a car with 3600 miles on it and Ill bring my car to one place and I have receipts to show it that the damage came any word from anywhere else I would not recommend this place at all if you care anything about your investment

For me, Going to a carwash is like doing a laundry, check first how dirty your vehicle and decide what is the best and safe to get it clean. You have two options, either self-serv or touchless automatic drive thru. Its a simple task if you follow and pay attention to those signs and instructions. Vacuum machines are shut off whenever theres bad weather forecast in the area for maintenance and safety reasons.

They say free vacuums. Thats a joke washed my car first, like the say, then no vacuums. Thats what I needed most but paid for a car wash to do the right thing. I wish they did.

Horrible didnt wash my car all the way or dry it all the way... I had to go pay another $5 to get the job done at Tower car wash, I should have just went to Tower first.
