I took my Jeep Cherokee after 4 wheeling for 3 days. Mud was caked all over my suspension, steering, and just all over. Didnt look pretty at all. My carpet and seats looked like they have never been washed (its a 1996). Under the hood looked like it was in need of a wash for a while. Anyways, I got full package and boy did they take care of her! They did not leave a spec of mud. Not on the outside, not in the inside, or underneath, and the engine was on point too. The interior couldnt look cleaner. Everything looked brand new. Believe me when I say that they are not shy on whatever it is that they put to make everything shine. Everything was glistening. Would of gave the 5 star but there was very minimal minor details they missed. I will mention them to the owner next . Im sure he will take it in a positive way and use it to his advantage. He looks smart like that. His customer service skills are superior to most places Ive been to. Very nice gentleman and a pleasure doing buisness with him. If I lived closer it would be my weekly spot but its definitely my spot for any detailing services, especially after 4 wheeling, its worth the drive. Black Betty is very happy (thats what I call her). Will try and put some pics later on if possible. Overall, definitely a place to try out. Tell him the guy in the black Cherokee sent you there.

That was probably the worst experience I have had with a business in Chicago. My pictures are from after they "cleaned" the car. And theoretically this was the Super Wash. But the non existent detail of cleanliness was not even the defining characteristic of this nightmare of a transaction. After being greeted by screaming people upon entering, I walked in to receive no attention or service from the attendant. But the real kicker came when they came to get me because they had locked my keys in my car! When the attendant started to explain that I should let them know when my car is going to lock , I explained my car does not automatically lock it is a Subaru from 2001 . His employee locked my keys in my car , and he was blaming me for it! I calmly responded that it could be good business practice to offer something like a coupon for an additional wash for such a mistake/inconvenience. He got defensive angry and rude. The other employees stood by in fear and then gave my car a subpar cleaning. Needless to say, there are plenty of other car washes in the area. I wont be coming back to this one.

Been there a few times, first time or two, they wanted me to drive out with a dirty car, from a HAND CAR WASH. I pointed at dirt and the manager told me it wouldnt come off, then I scraped it off w my fingernail to show him; no smart answers there. The last time, I asked if they could remove a motorwerks sticker, manager said fifteen bucks, I said maybe next time. He said hed do it for free and had his goon heat, scrub and pour chemicals on it, and told me the damage caused was covered by the sticker. Later I realized they lied to me and I stopped going there. Tell everyone you know that this place will take your money to do a poor job washing and lie about damage they cause.

I love Tuesday because its Ladies day!! They do week with the superior wash, although I believe I am supposed to get a little tree that smells good and I never do (although I could be mistaken). Have gone here 3 times because it is close to my home and the line is not around the corner. It is quick and easy for a nice wash at a good price (on ladies day at least). I wish there were a gentlemans day because sometimes I am too busy to get my car the wash it really needs and I would like my boyfriend to do it but it is double the cost! All-in-all I like this place.

I think this is the best at wash on the North Side. Ive been coming for more than a year and havent experienced any of the problems others have cited here. I buy a package of Superior Washes for $140, which leaves $6 the regular price, and I never fund junk in my carpet or console after leaving. Sometimes they do get swamped but I have never ever waited for longer than 15 or 20 minutes, which is typical. Staff and workers are willing to listen and get their hands dirty. I have also never had a better car detail than I have had here.

I had the worst car wash at this place before ,so Ive been going to Snappy and the car washes their are awesome, but i decided to try this place again, forget it Ill never be back here, the interior of my car was still dirty and rugs where not vacuum properly the exterior of my car, dirty. DONT GO TO THIS PLACE, THE MANAGER JUST SAID THEIR IS NOTHING HE CAN DO, IF I WANT CLEANER I HAVE TO PAY AGAIN, REALLY, SORRY BAD SERVICE

My car wasnt dry when they got done i told one of the guys he said it was one of the other guys who didnt dry well and i was standing there like ok what difference does it make just dry it and to top it all off the car wasnt clean!!! How do you not get a car clean at a HAND CARWASH??!! If i wasnt in a hurry they would be washing it again.. But i wont be going back there!!

They told me $12 for a superior wash once on the phone and once at the store. Then I was charged $16. When I complained they just didnt finish the job - left the dash all dirty and the trunk un-vacuumed. I may come back for ladies day (half off on Tuesdays) but otherwise I would never pay full price again.

That was the worst car wash in the world. My car is still dirty after the wash. They took 35 min for some bs carwash and the owners excuse was that he had two employees on their lunch break. I will never recommend this place to someone else or ever get my car washed their. Avoid this place at all costs!!

This is the worst car wash. Literally have been here an hour and car still hasnt moved. So unorganized, so slow. I have never waited this long for a car wash anywhere, even on a hot day! No one comes out to tell you anything. You just wait & watch your car stay in the same spot for an hour!

They DO not get your car clean. Them they get upset when you point out a mistake to them. Dont give them your money until you check to make sure they actually provide the services you pay them for.
