Dame Dilla

This place lies! My wife took my truck in for a full detailing because I was out of town. I had small splatters of concrete on the passenger door that I somehow got from construction in my town. I spoke with Jerry (Manager/Owner) and explained to him if you cant get it off without damaging the paint, dont touch it. He replies, "Oh, we can get it off without damaging the paint". I proceed to tell him, the village will pay for the damage, if you think you cant get it off. Its their contractors fault. He says, we already took it off, looks good. The next day my wife picks it up, she says it looks ok, with small specs on concrete still on the door, but no worries. I was out of town on business at the time as I said earlier, so I hadnt seen the truck yet. When I get home, I didnt really look it over in detail. I drive it a few times. It rains one day and I finally pull in the garage and notice spots on the door. I touch it and there are scuff where the concrete sat. Im furious! ! I finally get a chance to take the truck back today and show them what happened. Jerry wasnt there, some guy Mike was there he had an attitude off the bat. As if I was lying, or I scratch my own paint. Mike calls Jerry and passes me the phone, Jerrys telling me that it was fine when my wife viewed it and she signed off. After many exchange of words and back & forth, I tell him Ill let my insurance handle it. He says again, "Well its not our fault, your wife said its fine. So be it." Then Mike says, "Gimme my Fn phone" (Great customer service huh?). Jerry hangs up on me, and as I proceed to give him the phone, Mike jesters like hes going to snatched it out my hand. I held the phone, then he becomes even more irritate. "F U, Mo Fo, Get the F out here. You lucky Im walking away, Mofo, FU! " The crew was washing my vehicle at the time, they were instructed to rinse it off, and put me out. Im baffled at the disrespect I received at this place. Instead of Jerry, as the boss, saying "Hey, Im not there, Ill be there this day & time. Bring it back so I can see for myself. " He didnt. The moral is, they put something on the scuffs to satisfy my wife when she looked it over. But the rain revealed the truth and they know it. I dont like shady businesses, and this one has proven to be just that, and faulted the customer. I wish I could give this place -5 stars. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH SHADY PEOPLE.

I went many times too this place and paid extra for an oversized Van and offered the extra fee to completely dry it I figured that is why they have the ladders for. The guy told me they are too busy to completely dry the van! What poor management for someone too say too there customer. I paid extra and once I pulled my van out I was stuck drying the rest even after paying them. Besides that they dont even wash the rims down (What a joke) So when I paid the extra $5 for that they were still Dirty! I dont usually write reviews especially on a place that has so much potential! But the owner should definetly do something about these guys saying there to busy to do there job, that will cause them to lose their regular customers!

I used to go there because it was closer to home, they were new then. They had scratched the window at the drivers seat but I did not complain about it thinking that they were rushing because I was waiting for it to be done. After being a loyal customer, I felt very disappointed when they broke my key and said it as because my key was old. They even bashed me by stating that I my Mitsubishi Eclipse is old and they have been driving better cars like the one that came in before mine, a Mercedes Benz, so, it is not their fault if the key broke. They did not apologize nor did not change pay for key repair. That $35 is the last thing they will get from me and my friends.

Was just there this past Saturday (Feb 11, 2017), this place is horrible. My truck was still dirty, they did a half job of putting tire shine on tires, and the dashboard of my vehicle hadnt been touched. I will never go there again, not under any circumstances. If I had the time, I wouldve gone back in and demanded they wash my vehicle all over again, and clean the interior. Youre better off going through a drive-thru car wash and to vacuum your vehicle yourself! Really, this play doesnt deserve one star!

I love this car wash. I use to go to sonic carwash... but they half cleaned your car. But this car wash is all by hand inside and out. The pay attention to detail and your car is super clean from inside to out.

Been there the past 2 days trying to wash my truck and no one opens the door . Theres cones blocking the door and the guys inside saw me outside and pretended to not see me

16$ Full service for same treatment as a automatic car wash with the exception that my floor mats are vacuumed. Did a horrible job on the inside

They arnt actually equiped to wash semi trucks or trailers but they tell you they are. What a massive waist of time.
