DONT GO THERE!!! They scratched my car, nothing more to say!!! manager is not able to do anything, he doesnt even know why he is there and how to fix any problem. Workers who look like gang-members can talk to you any way they want. I was staying an hour on the phone trying to get a paint from all shops around Illinois area and another hour fighting with the worker who was responsible for my car when manager just stayed away, I have a rear color of my car and it was horrible to see these guys scratched it. The owners who are bunch of ladies, talked to me on the phone telling how they care about business and how great is their carwash all around the area just irresponsible screaming ladies who cant stay on what they are saying! Instead of being professional they screamed on me on the phone, this is ridiculous!!! I have been promised to fix the scratch they did in one of the shops and I was waiting for a month giving them calls and leaving voice messages, somehow the owner got back to me saying they didnt get a paint I had to order but actually the manager of the place who is absolutely dumb ordered that paint for me after my one hour staying on the phone and passing it to him finally hitting right people who can make this rear color paint for me. Awful experience in this place, horrible communication, NEVER GO THERE!!!

Ive been going here for several years and theyve been great! Recently the quality has gone downhill. The last two times Ive walked out to my "finished" car and its been noticeably dirty! I dont pay $15 for a dirty car. It would be more clean if I went to the $3 auto car wash on Irving & Kimball. The last two times Ive had to point out the dirty car and had the workers spend about 5-10 more minutes on the car before deciding that it was "good enough" and I didnt want to hold up the line any more. So Ive left with a *mostly* clean car & not satisfied. Not what I expect for $15. I might have to start going back to the hand wash on Irving & California.

DONT GO TO THIS HORRIBLE PLACE!!! Owners are not professional ladies and can just scream, all ex-gang members working and most important, the are scratching cars!!!!!! not taking responsibility for that!! Their black and white cameras not gonna help to see your car driving in without damagescratch, the only you can hear is owner saying she didnt see the worker to use any toughsharp stuff when the only prove can be the picture of your car entering this place. One more time, DONT GO THERE!!! This business should be recycled!!

I didnt know how great G3 was until I left! I now live in SLC, and finding a hand car wash as good as this one for the price is impossible. Its owned by 3 ladies as I understand? Ive met one who was real nice, but they definitely hired the right manager, who takes care of everybody and makes sure the job is done right. Your car will be clean inside and out, as close to perfect as is reasonable, every time. Wish theyd open up shop where I live now!

I have three kids and the car was filthy! They did an amazing job of cleaning the car both inside and out. I have been looking for a good spot for so long and hadnt found one that consistently washed the car well. When I left the car wash my daughter said, "Mom, it looks like we bought a new car!" It was clear they have a high integrity and are working to make sure they are doing the best job possible! Get your car washed here!

Amazing car wash experience, probably the best in the city... even better than most luxurious and pricey spots around town. wash thorough and took their sweet time in my car as it is an extended SUV. The guys here didnt charge me extra for it and spent as much time as needed here. Getting a 3 month pass for the G3 werks, totally worth every penny spent here. Quite the professional customer service.

Ive always hated car washes in Chicago, but this place is fantastic! Everyone is incredibly friendly and the prices are very reasonable for the quality you get. We brought in a disgusting and filthy car and there wasnt one complaint or extra charge. It also only took 20 minutes. The waiting area is bright and clean. Our car is still shining a week later! Will definitely go here again.

Excellent service and attention to detail! They have really good prices and take special care of my car every single time I come in. Service was great. Had my car detailed and it looked unbelievable. Ive owned this car for 3 years and they made it look brand new. I had some severe stains in the back seat/cloth material from my kids. I was certain it was not going to come out. No sign of any stains or discolor. José and crew were awesome. Id recommend G3 to anyone!

They do as good a job as they ought at a competitive price, but Ive been twice now, and one of the operators keeps saying it will take 15-20 min when its actually 33-50 min. I appreciate that theyre trying to work quickly, but Id rather know the REALISTIC amount of time the job will take!

I took my car in after arriving from a road trip with my pets. There was dog hair everywhere and the outside of my car was filthy. The guys at G3 took care of my car as if it was one of theirs. My car looks brand new and the inside is remarkable. I will be bringing in my other car today.

$20 Elite wash has a value of $3 automatic wash. Asked them twice to shampoo only the rear mats (I have both rubber and carpet ones) since only four mats are included in wash. They just powerwashed the rubbermats. They skipped a lot of places and did not wipe well too.

The price is right and Ive never been made as comfortable at a car wash while waiting as I was at G3. Its very obvious the owners care about the quality of service they provide and want to make their customers happy. Car wash itself was thorough and lasted a long time.
