If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I went here wanting to just get a basic wash to get all of the bird poop off my car. I went in the automatic car wash with my bumper on my car, and came out with it ripped off! Yes, you read that right. My back bumper was ripped off my car in this car wash! Ive never heard of this happening. The process has been so ridiculous. I had to track down the manager, Doug, which I didnt get any call from for two days after the incident occurred and even then I had to keep calling to get him. Of course, they will say its not their fault and have since put up a new sign about not being responsible for the damage their machines do to cars, so users be ware! Another customer also posted on their facebook page in the beginning of the year about their wash damaging cars. My insurance is now going after them to recoup the costs of the damage because they can tell from their investigation that my bumper was forcefully ripped off in the wash. What a joke of a company!

The short story is the wash scrubber broke my passenger side mirror. I noticed when vacuuming and went to the employee to ask about it. He literally handed me my mirror that had broken off and went on about what he was doing. After asking him who I needed to speak with to make sure it is repaired multiple times, he eventually handed me a form and says to fill it out. After filling it out, I asked when would I hear back and he said if his manager deemed the damage occurred in the car wash I would get called back. Let me remind you that he handed me my broken mirror from the wash after it broke off. I asked the employee for his name so when his manager called I would tell him to whom I spoke. Instead of giving me his name, the employee simply said have a nice day, walked away from me and closed the door. Obviously, I never received a call from the manager. BE AWARE THAT THIS CHEAP CARWASH COULD BECOME ONE OF THE MOST EXPENSIVE WHEN YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR CAR REPAIRS!!!!

Left streaks all across my car because of poor dryers. But most of all the attendant was completely rude yelling and swearing because I couldnt understand his inaudible grunts and unhelpful hand gestures. So I lowered my window to hear him swearing and whining about how I couldnt "brake". Maybe next time he should clearly say "step on your brakes" instead of making confusing hand gestures then swearing at the customer. I would rather take my car to a quality car wash to get the job done right the first time than deal with low-class service and disrespect. Just to be clear Ive had both the $3 wash and the $10 one with a few of the upgrades. Came out with the same streaks. There are a lot of nicer places if your gonna pay for $3-$10 for a nice wash than this place.

This is a horrible place my car was sandwiched between two cars the machine doesnt work and broke my number plate, got bumped by other car from behind like 10 times, same thing happened with the other cars, they refuse to take any responsibility for the damage. management is extremely rude keeps telling i dont want any problem also i dont hold any responsibility so forget what happened. Try to aviod this car wash as much as possible my new car bumpers has dent and broken number plate frame and multiple dents. I would give a negative star if possible.

One of the best automated car washes Ive been to. If you buy a $15 wash you can come back within 5 days and enter the code on your receipt for another $15 wash. The free vacuums alone is worth a wash. The people complaining about scratches probably shouldnt be taking their car to any automated car wash. If you have an expensive car that you want to keep pristine, you should only hand wash!

Quick and easy. Free vacuums. Gets busy, especially on the weekends and some of the vacuums dont have great suction. But it is easily accessible and the price for the wash is reasonable. They give free rewash within 5 days when you buy the $15 wash. Sometimes the receipt paper is out, though. Make sure you mention it to the wash attendant and they will give you a pass.

I would rather pay more and get good serve. If you are giving some deal and plus free vacuum It has to work and I tried 7 of them that things just one of them was working. What would I pissed of for nothing and paying money? Clearly I do not recommend. And that 3 dollars cleans does not work good. You feel like they are just blowing up to your car. Its sucks as sucks.

Rude employees who try to run the automated wash selection kiosk for you, by wedging themselves in between your car and the screen. If you ask them to let you do it yourself, as thats the whole point of the system, not to mention they are right on your window asking you to give them cash/card so they can do it for you, they get super pissed off.

Great wash and vacuum place. The new renovations have really brought it to life! Free vacuum, some dont have good suction, but it works which is what matters. If you buy a $20.00 wash then within 5 days you can get another wash for free, which is great. Its all automated so you never have to see anyone nor deal with anyone! Great place!

I went as the snow had just melted...big mistake! It took 30 minutes to get in the driveway, but because of how it was designed, I could not regret the decision and leave. Thus, I missed my next appointment! That said, the wash was good. Not $3. Yet, the free vacuums are amazing, plentiful, and you can use them as long as you need!

Be careful of the guys standing there by the payment machine , I wanted to chose the light wash the guy standing there to help me (which I dont need ) clicked the more expensive one with rain x . I was tricked into buying the more expensive wash. I notice this after I made the payment .

Love this place! I accidentally dumped a bunch of hot, wet scrambled eggs all over my front carpet so I had to find a GOOD shampoo place. The attendant was very helpful in making certain machine was working properly and didnt even charge me for the use of the machine!

Updated review: they fixed their vacuums. There are many options for washing your car. Everything is fine except VACUUMS. Most of them are broken or not working. They close at 8:00 PM but they turn off VACUUMS at 7:30. DONT GO AFTER 7:00 PM if you NEED VACUUM.

$3. Pretty sure updgrades are pointless. Not sure why they have people running the screens for you... made me concerned they were using credit card skimmers... bugs are definitely still on the front of my car, so Im going to use the hand wash next door.

Great place to wash your car and cost effective. I have used different places but service cant get any better. Free vacuuming available. In fact you have a hand carwash within the same vicinity if you choose to.
