Everything that you could possibly want in a gym is here in one convenient location! There are the standard free weights, machines, treadmills, ellipticals plus, they have pools, an awesome climbing and bouldering wall, plus a wide range of classes all included in the monthly membership. You could really spend a lot of time at this gym just doing a variety of things and getting into shape. The gym is really clean, the staff do a great job of ensuring that fresh towels are always available. Because of the size of the gym, even when its crowded, you never feel like you have to wait to get on a machine or use a free weight. Its close proximity to the lakefront also gives one the option of going for a run by the lake, when the weather is nice, and then heading back inside for a workout on the weights. One thing I really appreciate about the membership structure is that you dont have to commit to a year long membership, you can go month to month and even if you are on an annual membership, you can freeze it and reactivate it later. Awesome flexibility!

Ive been a member of a few gyms and can honestly say this is the nicest gym Ive been part of for the cost. -The staff is super nice and upbeat -The towel service is great -The steam room is nice, albeit a bit small -The locker rooms are clean and well kept -I never have trouble finding cardio equipment I want to use -The weight machine area is well equipped (I dont really use free wights) -Theres a wide array of classes with fun/enthusiastic teachers I will admit I get a decent discount through my company and my wife and I are both members so it is about $70 a month a person. If it was $115 a person I might feel differently. In general though I like this better than the previous memberships Ive had to places like 24 Hour Fitness.

The worst customer service and ABC Financial Services. I had to cancel my account and give a 30 days notice in order to proceed that. Next day I got an email from Devon Hunt (Customer care) saying that I am responsible for 1 more month and that is it. When I called them to verify couple things, they quickly put me on hold and said that previous email from their reps was wrong ( Seriously? Such a big company took them 3 days to review my account and then say "Sorry it was wrong"). So, basically these guys can do whatever they want and you still have to pay like they want you to. If you guys need to cancel your membership do not do that, just freeze it, because these guys will Robb you so bad.

The gym, staff, locker rooms, and classes are all fantastic and top notch. My issue with the club has been canceling my membership after moving out of state. CAC contracts with ABC financial, a notoriously ruthless financial services company. So far, I have sent them letters addressed to my new address in Florida as well as a copy of my new job acceptance letter, yet they still refuse to cancel my membership. If you are not 100% certain that you will be using the gym for 12 months I strongly advise signing a month to month agreement to avoid my current nightmare.

the showers are the best, it has two heads and you feel like you are at a spa. love this gym a bit pricey but worth the price, the staff is very friendly. I usually take a couple of classes during the week. like the Thursday maximum force kickboxing class with Paul, I lose like three pounds every time I take the class. I also take the CRX class to help me with my abs and TRX for an overall body body workout. they staff also really encourages you to keep fit and help you keep motivated. Thursday you get free access to all the gyms.

Its a solid B+, realistically. That is, however, the best available in the area. I would say theres a kind of more put together vibe. I cant wear certain sweatpants there. Definite gay vibe in the locker room/everywhere. Sometimes you just want to be grungy at the gym. Can be weird as a gay person to have like all this constant late twenties muscle power bottom lingering eye contact-ation going on all the time. Great discounts for various types--check and see if you apply.

This place rocks! Open 7 days a week, the facility is always clean, the cardio machines are in great working condition and there is rarely a wait for weights or other equipment. The spinning class is one of the most popular classes and the boxing for beginners is pretty fun. The hidden gem of LAC is the rooftop pool! They could use a few more loungers on the roof but its perfect for people without a pool in their building.

i have been a member at lvac for 3 years now and dont regret it one bit! their facilities are consistently clean and well kept. also, they are consistently upgrading their equipment and have a pool and climbing wall available for member use! also, the summer rooftop pool is fantastic! great gym, i would recommend to all! also, they have a great couples and student discount, be sure to ask!

Great addition to the Lakeview neighborhood. Gym facilities are in great condition, and include an indoor climbing wall, small rooftop pool, plus 4 levels of fitness facilities. Even in the posy holiday season, you can typically find equipment of your choice. Only negative for me, is this CAC location closed their "kids club" so I find myself visiting LPAC location more often.

This gym is THE PERFECT GYM It is very clean, and I really mean it! You can tell the cleanliness of a gym by its locker rooms and the floors of the showering area, and LVAC has that! The staff are very friendly and helpful. It has all the machines you will need, all you got to do is apply for a guest past and see what this gym is! thats what convinced me.

Do not touch these people with a barge pole, they make it easy to join but impossible to cancel, they just keep charging your credit card and it doesnt matter if you go into the club or send them messages, or make calls, they refuse to accept the cancellation. It boarders on the fraudulent. The club looks nice but the customer service stinks.

They have almost everything you would want out of a gym at this location. They have super tall climbing wall, indoor pool and even an additional pool on the roof. The showers are phenomenal, they have two shower heads one on the ceiling and one on the wall. This place can get really packed so off hours are best.

absolutely love working out here, front desk staff is very friendly, membership advisors are helpful, not pushy at all. other members are friendly as well. all the trainers are great, they do a great job catering to what you need and what you are looking for from your training session.

Amazing place I ve been to many gym facilities before here is great besides the fact is always clean,many classes to go to, here no one bothers u no personal trainers hustling u and trying to convince u to get one as well its just peaceful place to work out n enjoy !!!

The staff is rude, the space is small and the classes are pretentious and on top of that there are little kids with self induldent parents all over the place. All the equipment is jammed into the space. Totally not worth it and they keep upping their prices. Avoid!!
