Worst Customer Service. Unfortunately I ran across this place because I was sent there by my Insurance Company. From the second I walked in, I automatically wanted to walk out. Every time I called, the girl that answers calls, sounds MISERABLE! No service at all! I felt as if I was asking for free service or something. They set me up to drop off my car weeks after I went in for my Estimate, I called them to make sure everything was set before I drove over there and now they tell me the parts have not been ordered because apparently she assumed I was going through the city and not my insurance since I requested an Estimate. If she had listened and stop being so miserable maybe she would have known the correct information. Now I have to wait who knows how long before I get my car fixed! I definitely called my Insurance to please, stop referring these people!. I will never go back there again!

I got into a serious accident , wit a 750 li 2008 and I decide to repair it, after 5 body shops estimations I lost my hope , short after some college recommend Rogers Park Body Shop , in 10 min they put all estimations toughener and the numbers was the way I was expecting. Two weeks after , my phone ring , Sir your car is ready ! I was like ,, must be a joke , I got there with my wife the car was already in the lobby area ,my first tough , ,,,,this is not my car ,, is no way ,,,! I looked @ the licensee plate I look at the car ,, yes is my car ,hahaha , was my best day after years as car experience . Richard Goldman

Great guys and they do not make up BS on your car repairs.I learned a neat trick.I take my car(vw golf) to the dealer and have them check it out.After I get the 2 page list I take it to these guys and have them check it out .Last time I was there they actually took me under the car to show my what was worn out and what was not.Turns out I only need 2 of 7 things done that the dealer was talking about.They do bodywork too.The dealer gave me an estimate of 780.00 to fix a small dent in the fender.These guys did it for 450.00 without the BS sales pitch I cant stand.Rogers Park Auto is the only place Ill take my car!

My car door lock suddenly stopped working on my Honda Civic. I had to bring it into Rogers Park Auto Repair with the sirens blaring, after I opened my door through my trunk. They not only fixed the car door lock, but did it at a fair rate. Plus, they also fixed my back passenger door, as well as, the electronic remote that I was told would be $300 by other places for far less. I am amazed at how much value they bring to their work. It was simply ridiculously awesome! I think that is the technical automotive term.

The car wash is horrible. I have a big truck, therefore they charge me more than a regular car. The people working there decided to turn my radio all the way up, damaging one of my speakers. They did not vacuum or clean the Windows correctly. They told me it was finished and on my way home I notice that all of my floor mats were meeting! Also, they charged me extra for armorall but they did not apply any to the inside at all. Waste of $25.

They provided me with detailed information on what exact steps they gonna take on which exact day. The fix is very good. They also did a free car wash for me both inside and outside. They also provided priority services for statefarm insurance holders. I will definitely come back again and introduce my friends here. The cost seems reasonable too. Thanks!
