I went to this shop for an estimate for a passenger door panel. The staff was friendly and professional. However, the estimate was absurd ($2k for one door panel). I said thanks but no thanks and told the rep I was certain other shops would charge less. He balked at me, but sure enough, I went to another shop that same day whose estimate was less than half ($900), and they actually put it in the computer and gave me a print out rather than just spouting out an insane number. I continued to explore my options and in the end, the work this place told me would cost $2k ended up costing me a wopping $320 because I did my due diligence and didnt accept the first (or second) estimate I got, and I strongly recommend others do the same.

Great work, great people, great experience! Brought my 12-year old car in for much needed repair and paint work for dings, scratches, dents, broken mirror, etc. The "family owned and operated" fact is apparent from the start, evidenced by the friendly, caring and courteous manner in which I was treated by everyone. I was astounded when I got my car back at how fantastic it looked! It looked as it did when I drove it, brand new, off the sales lot 12 years ago....still cant believe how the paint work matched so beautifully, and how clean the car was! Also, best customer service Ive received in a long time! I highly recommend Erie La Salle Body Shop!

I have to give credit to a great company. They are highly recommended by so many people including others in the auto repair business, and for good reason. The quality of the work is completely professional. The repaired area is like new. And the professional service is exceptional, from the first contact with Ivanka the Customer Service Specialist, to Marco the ASE Certified Appraiser, to everyone i spoke with on the phone and in person. And they always greeted me with a smile, kind words and easy conversation. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Ive had custom work done by other shops and non compare to the quality Ive gotten from this shop. Bill Wert not only met my expectation but also exceeded it. The peal matched perfectly to the original paint and he was able to match the color so darn well it even matches under fluorescent lighting. I had paint work done companies like Mr Norms custom shop which is a renowned world wide shop and they couldnt even do as good of a job as Erie Lasalle auto body shop. This is the 3rd time I have gone to Erie-Salle Body Shop as the result of an insurance claim. This time, they (Chris) fixed my bumper and I didnt even need to make a claim! He saved me my deductible, since the other driver didnt have any insurance and I would have had to cover that cost, most likely. They are really the best - great people and they do great work. Came here to have my car repaired after an incident in a parking garage. When I picked my car up four days later it looked like nothing had happened to it at all. Everyone I met was also nice and professional calming any nerves I had.
