This is the worst auto shop in the world. They rip you off as much as they can, by saying its cheap labor or cheap everything. People working there don’t know jack about cars. Only thing they good in is breaks and paint. These guys made me buy parts without testing what was wrong with the car. And said oh yeah we tested it, and that’s what the odbc reader says and you must get that so we can install. That didn’t solve the issue. I take my car back there and they charge on again for new parts. And claims something else needs to be fixed that they can do it. But it will solve the issue. I finally took this to a good shop with good reviews in the burbs ran by white people. I paid little extra they kept my car for 3 weeks and tested it and need to just get one part that was the issue nothing else. these at start auto had me change 3 parts.. smh… please avoid going here. They will rip you and your car will never be the same. Avoid at all cost.

Great place to get your car fixed fast and you can even buy the part that needs replacement and only pay them labor. An honest shop that doesnt charge much. Would definitely recommend. I like how arrangements can be made out of their open hours. The best place in town! The dealer does screw up to my car and I decide to bring it here and I have no problems anymore! Staff is friendly and will not tAke advantage of you! And you can watch them in the shop as they work on your car so you know what is going on.

WORST experience ever!!! WORST experience ever!!! Went there for tire rotation, the guy said $40 (or $10 per tire) ...What the hell ? Of course I did not pay the 40 dollars...I said to the guy (looked like the owner) that I have been here before and was never charged this much before for a simple tire rotation and even asked him to check his prior records. He simply said NO !!! Then I said I will not come here again..and he said OKAY... dont come...wow, what a bad attitude this guy has.

I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. If youre in the Chicago suburbs its definitely worth the drive. The staff is friendly and communicative, the prices are amazing, and the work is efficient. They are honest about prices and try their best to get you the most affordable parts. Also wont charge you for anything that isnt absolutely necessary. I definitely had a great experience and will be returning here if ever necessary.

I went there because my break light not working. so i found out the wire was unplug .and they charged me $60.00 to plug it back on. the mechanic brook the front seat adjuster by pushing it back to get under the wheel. and he could not fix it and sorry. next he tired to start the car , car did not start .so he told me my starter is bad i need a new one. and charge me $150.00.over all very bad experience.

I like the hours they are open. Practically all night. I like how they dont up sell you on things like leaving your car there for multiple days like other shops. I also like how they are not packed full of cars and have multiple bays to work on multiple cars. I also like how they are not too expensive. Will definitely return for future repairs

The night before a road trip and they fixed my car after most shops were closed. They did a great job and did it for less than I was expecting to pay!!! Thanks a bunch!!! I had to write a review, they even took a moment to play with my dog, its a very friendly staff.

Best place to come to for any vehicle related issues hands down. The staff is polite and fast to repair any issues with your vehicle. Best part they are 24 hours. Prices are amazing also not like most shops that want to put a hole in your pockets.

Hate this place no proper attention towards customers and they will give false recommendations regarding issues they cant find. Totally regret going there. I had a problem with my front wheel bearing and they said to get a new rim, wasted my $150

Poor customer service I went to change windshield wipers motor and they order part after that I have to wait 3 and 1/2 hours and no one taking responsibility of my car . And also no first come first serve system.

They took 80 dollars to start with; they didnt diagnose the problem. The desk person was good, but I didnt like the way worker (mechanic) was talking. BTW I wont go there again. They did 20 percent of the work.

Do you guys really charge $600 for an E-Valve Replacement? Maybe you guys should have a directory for prices for your customers before you pull monetary valve out of you deep dished noggins.
