WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!"!!! it all startd out when i needed my 3 piece rear lip painted . they agreed to do it for 40 , with clear coat and buff ,but with me buying my own paint . i was very pleased because it is a low price... he told me it was gonna be done the next day 2pm . next day cam around i call around 2 pm he said its not done . i said okay i called back at 6 he told me tommorow. i came in the next day and too see it was painted.. i approched it and i see a scratche he said we will fix it but later on .. i pick it up and see me FINGER PRINTS on the part. i told him this isnt dried ( obsiously they did this like 1 hr before i came in) he told he needs to buff it.. i further examined it and i see the paint under it still showing . he said he will repaint it and have it done in 2 days . TODAY ( 1 week later ) i call and they tell me their working on it !! WTF after one week their starting to work on it ?? i hope they finish the job and return it to me in one piece. I WILL DEFINITELY REPORT TO BBB( better buisness burro) THE TWO LOWER COMMENTS SHOW EXACTLY HOW YOU WILL BE TREATED

I took my car to get fixed April 7 today is May 17 my car is still not fixed. I have been patient. The owner told me my car would be fixed in two weeks. I have paid for rental cars to get back and forward to work. I explained to the owner I am in the military I need my car. I am taking him to court. I gave him a $1000 deposit. I wish I would have gave him less but the good thing is I have money to take him to court. I have to drive out of town for work soon that would be more money spent on a rental car. I am disappointed, dissatisfied I dont believe he can fix the car. He wasted my time and money. I dont trust him with my car and my car holds sentimental value.

Completely dissatisfied! My insure company sent me here and after they "fixed" my car I was almost involved in another accident due to the shotty job they did. My rear brakes on the side the worked on ceased up as i was driving and sent me skidding off the road. When I sent it back after being towed to them they lied and said they called me to pick it up and never did. They gave me the wrong keys and now i am waiting for my car remote because it was left at the kedzie location. Its only a few blocks away and i have been waiting for 45 minutes. Never again will I go here.

Worst experience ever! I was I a car accident about 3months ago, battling with this body shop on getting my vehicle fixed. My vehicle has been in the shop for about 2 months now. They continue to give me the run around about my vehicle they state it will be ready on this date but has not been ready yet.NOW THEY are saying they may not be able to fix it due to the frame bent! Remember I am out of a vehicle now! I gave them a month without call its been 2 months now!!!! And no one has reached out to me! I have to continue calling them on days they state it will be ready!

I took my Toyota camry here to get the hood repainted On 4/15/11 which was not a good job it had alot of water spots on because they didnt let the paint completely dry befor sitting it out in the rain took it back on 4/23/11 so they could correct their mistakes not fully happy with the results because now my hood look scratch up and dull and not shining like the rest of the car and so Manuel told me to bring it back a third time I'm getting upset about coming back not once or twice but three times I hope they get it right this time or i may have to take further.

I was sent here by my insurance, they may have the worst customer service ever. I have been told for more than a week that my car would be ready the next day,,,and the next day. When I arrived to finally pick it up at their given time, car was not ready! My headlights were not even, and to make things worst the man working on my car smelled like alcohol! Stay away! People working on cars should not be drinking and telling their customers that the lights wont fit right because the parts are second market! They need to be more dedicated and customer oriented.

had my chevy malibu there after an accident and after almost 2 weeks of "you car will be ready tomorrow" lies lies lies lies and more lies. if my car didnt get towed there i would have NEVER taken my car there. THIS HAS GOT TO BE THE WORST PLACE IN THE CITY!!! i work for a living and had to beg borrow and steal to get to work every day because the people at JM Auto lied to me every single day as to when my car was going to be ready. BOTTOM LINE STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WORST UNPROFESSIONAL SHOP EVER! NOT ONLY DID THEY TOOK MY MONEY BUT THEY RETURNED IT WITH A CRACKED MIRROR AND STOLE SOME OF THE PARTS IN THE TRUCK! SAID JOB WILL BE DONE IN 4 DAYS ITS BEEN A MONTH AND NOTHING. BEEN THERE SO MANY TIMES TO COMPLAIN AND SEEMS LIKE EVERY TIME I GO THEY MESS UP MY TRUCK MORE AND MORE OH AND ALSO SO UNPROFESSIONAL THAT THEY EVEN LEFT A MEN UNDERWEAR IN THERE! HOW UNPROFESSIONAL CAN THAT BE I THINK THAT IS NOT EVEN ENOUGH TO DESCRIBE THAT PLACE!

I started out at the kedzie shop but was directed to the western shop because it was closer to my home. Both women at each office was very friendly and helpful. They gave me a good price and helped me to collect the money for the damage. The work was great and done on a timely basis. I was quite impressed about the price since I am use to doing business in the suburbs. I have recommened this company.

I BEEN GOING TO J & M AUTO FOR MANY YEARS....I DONT TAKE MY CAR ANYWHERE ELSE. THE JOB GETS DONE CORRECTLY AND THERE WORK IS GREAT. THE GIRLS IN THE OFFICE ARE FRIENDLY AND VERY MUCH HELPFUL. I RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS AND THEY ALSO TAKE THERE CARS THERE, IM A PROUD CUSTOMER AND WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO EVERYONE, THANKS J & M AUTO!!!!!!!!!!

My car has been in this shop since 5/2915 and it is nearly August and is still not repaired. This auto body shop was a HUGE mistake and I regret I ever allowed my car (Jeep Grand Cherokee) to go there. The owner is a jerk and his staff are liars. Two months and counting but still my car is not ready!

THIS PLACE IS UNPROFESSIONAL IS THE WORST BODY SHOP IN THE AREA I GAVE MY TRUCK TO FIX AND THIS PLACE TOOK 1 1/2 YEARS TO GIVE ME MY TRUCK BACK. I CAME EVERY WEEK TO SEE IF THEY GOT DONE! I HAVE MY TRUCK FOR TWO YEARS NOW AND THE PAINT IS COMING OFF. IM REALLY UPSET. I DONT RECOMEND THIS PLACE.
