Quality work, low prices. I have always found Charlie to do fair work for below market prices. I have had both insurance and private repairs done here and I am always satisfied with the work. Charlie always tells me to bring the car back if I have any issues too. There is sometimes a very long wait on repairs of my vehicle, but that has always been because my insurance company takes forever to approve repairs and Charlies cannot begin fixing the vehicle until they approve it. Ive been in a lot of accidents though, so it is the only insurance that I can get. Ill keep coming to Charlies shop, it is a bright spot in the dark area of auto repair.

This is by far the worst service known to mankind. I would never recommend this place to get your car repaired. Not only is the service slow enough to make lighting the movements of a turtle, the owner of the store actually had the gall to become irritated at me for constantly checking on my car that was taking more than three weeks to be fixed. Words alone cannot explain my disdain for their lack of performance and professionalism. On a scale of one to ten this places gets a fraction of a number. Worst service ever!!!

My bad insurance repaired my car through them, The main owner charlie is a pig, he has the worst attitude ever, and is not willing to help you at all. Their shop rips customers left and right, Up charging for additional 3rd party parts Buyer Beware at this mechanic shop, they do shaky work and their attitudes make for the worst experience ever. Youve been warned!!!!! .

When you get hit by someone with bad insurance (Unique), they send you somewhere bad to get it fixed. Had a new bumper put on my car, and got the car back with no functioning trunk light and cracks in the bumper where it was screwed in at. Avoid at all costs!

They forgot to do my alignment. Had the doors open when they sanded and painted. Had tons of white dust on everything in my car. Also had overspray paint on the inside of my side window. So we had to buy a new window.

They were arrogrant with me because my insurance company denied the claim they threatened to set my car on the street if i did not get it our their shop. I will never use them again. Horrible service.
