Even though it has been a year since they finally finished repairing my car the nightmare still goes on. They took the factory pinstripe and replaced it with some cheap pinstripe that is rubbing off. Stole fuses scraped up the roof of my car by using it as a shelf since they had it from June 14- Aug 23. The first time I went to pickup my car after they claimed it was ready it had over 200 extra miles, gas tank on E, missing Chevy symbol, warning lights on the dash board, and pinstripes missing on the front half of the car on both sides, and a plastic piece from the top of the hood. They had to repaint it because the pint wasnt dry and smeared and now the car is two colors. Car was never repaired halfway to its originall state. They replaced the drivers side headlight and it was always dimmer than the other. The bulb blew out a month ago and to replace the front head bulb on a Chevy Malibu you have to remove the bumper. When the shop moved the bumper they showed me where the wirers were screwed in this is why the light had been dimmed since they replaced it. So not only did I have to pay to get the bulb changed but for them to fix the wire. Its clear they did not cover the car as they should have there is paint on the headlight. This shop is unprofessional and they do not care about other people property. Please stay away.... After my complaint to the BBB they offered me a gas card and to redo the work. Why would I let them touch my car again when they caused more damaged than when I took it to them.

Run!! Stay away from this auto shop!!!!! The experience here for me was a nightmare! They had my car for over 2 months. Everytime I would call for and update they would lie about ordering parts, paint job, some excuse why I havent gotten my car. I decided to check it out in person and my car was still sitting out in the lot untouched.. After I complained about that the manager Lee promise he would have it done for me in a week. Well a week was over and it went three days into the next week. When I finally picked the car up and drove off the lot my car wasnt steering correctly so I took it back and they said, "oh sorry we sent the wrong car out for the alignment". So I had to leave it and pick it up the next day. Next day came and my car is damaged and I asked them what happened to the car. Lee, the manager. responded with "well it wasnt included in the estimate".He flat out lied because I had the insurance company go out to the shop twice to look the car over before the work was to begin to get an estimate on the car. They are a bunch of crooks and the only reason I went to that shop was because my Auto Insurance Company had my car towed there other than that I would have never gone there, Very unprofessional and a total lack of care and concern for the customer.

My experience the this repair shop was horrible!!!!!! Theyve had my car for over a month, they did not see what was wrong with my car before they fixed it. They put holds on fixing my car with notifying me. They gave several dates to when me car would be done, and it never was. Then Kevin the supervisor or what ever he is told me that my car would be done on Saturday (never telling me that They closed early on Saturdays) that I would receive a call at ten or sooner. I was called at 12:35 and told my car was done. I got there in 15 mins and they were closed. I will defiantly be taking my attorney with me to this horrible establishment to pick up my car.

Do NOT under any circumstances get your car serviced here! I took my minivan here for a simple fender bender and not only did it take over three weeks, they broke my windows which extended the pick-up time, when I returned to pickup my vehicle the battery was dead the guy says oh we mustve left the door open so I had get it jumped twice!! The inside was filthy like the mechanics were having a grease fest. To top it off my husband noticed a sticky spot on the windshield and come to find out they parked the van on the street and got a ticket on it smh this is by far the worst experience I have ever had!

My car was hit in June 2016 first attempt to pickup car it was damage in places that wasnt damage in the accident so received car in September and mirrors didnt work radio wasnt working properly then was told that the radio wasnt damage in lost its a electrical problem yes a problem the shop.done.

Had an issue with my car when it got returned after being repaired here but they took care of it without a hassle. Would give 4 stars had they not took so long on the repair. Other than that Leigh and Kevin are good guys

Horrible!!!!!!!!! Terrible experience!!!!! They had my car for over a month and my car came out worse then when it came in!!!! Plus EVERYTHING in my car was stolen while they had it and they didnt care!!!

The insurance come left off two parts on the estimate. Preferred order them, at their expense and bill the insurance company. This is why the small shop been around since 1969, they take care of business
