Avoid this place at all costs!!!!!! This was a absolute cataclysmic catastrophe of epic proportions!!! They botched every phase of the process from the initial pickup of my car, to the repairs, rental car, to the final product. After my car accident, My car went here and they lied about everything. The estimated completion dates were way off. Initially I had phone calls and texts saying everything was going great. My car was on schedule to be completed on time. I get a call to come pick up my vehicle a week early. I ask if they are sure everything is good to go before I come pick it up, they assure me that it is. So I go to pick it up. They have it sitting under a street light parked at a angle. I notice from the street there is a HUGE dent i one of the doors that wasn’t there before. I go check out the rest of the vehicle and there’s Several parts missing on it!!! I get inside and they have all of my contents from the trunk area all over my leather seats!! There was greasy finger prints all over my interior from them working on it. I track down the service manager and let him know what I see. He says he’ll take care of it. I leave my vehicle there as it’s not complete, this is on Monday, they say it will be done by Friday. On Wednesday they take it upon themselves to cancel my rental car without talking to me . So I had to spend a hour on the phone and go in the local office to clear things up. A major inconvenience! That Friday comes around and my car isn’t done like I was told it would be. The following week Friday comes around, they call and say the car is done. I go to pick it up. I look it over, the pieces that were missing were replaced and the dent was fixed. I look inside all of my stuff from the trunk is still in my leather seats and the greasy finger prints are still all over my car. I am pissed but I don’t say anything because I want this nightmare to be over. I take the vehicle home and the next week comes around, the body shop was supposed to pick up the bill for the rental car because of the inconvenience. They didn’t pay it and my credit card was charged over 1200 dollars!!! I call the body shop and ask whats going on. They say they will take care of it. After a few days they stopped answering my calls. To make a long story short I had to call Service Kings corporate number and get my insurance company involved. It took two weeks but they finally got the chargers reversed. Also my left side exhaust was replaced as part of the damage to my vehicle, i noticed that on the right side there’s a kink in the exhaust from the accident that should’ve been replaced. I am having this fixed on my own because I don’t want this place touching my vehicle ever again. I almost forgot, there was a sticky black substance all over the inside of my tailgate and all over my break lights. It took over a week to get it off of my break lights, still trying to get it off the inside of the gate. I may need to order another panel. This place is DONALD TRUMP LEVEL BAD! Again I reiterate AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!

Love this place. Ive used their services primarily under Riverdale, but theyve since been bought out by Service King. Great service, excellent work product. I know when I have a need for body work, this is the place for me and I always refer others that need body work. I initially became aware of them through my insurance company and they did a phenomenal job...Ive gone once since Service King took over and it was the same friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff that worked under Riverdale. I was glad to see that. Also, the facility is well maintained and clean.

Dont ever go here unless youre so desperate!!!! They emailed me about a car they wanted me to come and look at when I got there they had already sold the car then they tried to sell me a different car I like the outside but it made noise when I actually drove it and then they said they would reduce the price but they never mentioned fixing the noise horrible horrible horrible horrible I cant express how horrible this place is

They will try and cheat you. I was not pleased with the quality of their work. They tried to rush the job and give back my vehicle damaged. I would not accept it. Yet the original estimate they provided never changed. I would not recommend this location.
