I had been using M&S Auto Body Shop in Schererville, IN. They always did a great job, fair price, and great people. When I had my latest need, for this kind of work, I took my auto there to have them repair it. What a surprise, they had closed their doors and gone out of business. Now, what to do? I talked to my friend Mike and he said he had used Maaco a couple of times and was happy with the same kinds of things that are important to me. Jeff Lee is the boss at Maaco - Schererville. He and his staff were as people friendly and knowledgeable as any Ive ever trusted with my auto. He even fought the insurance company to replace a right rear fender with an original new part from the factory, instead of a mid-marketing place, because of the age of my auto. As long as Jeffs there, he has my business. What else can you ask for; great people, excellent work, and a fair price. George Umbarger

I just tried to get an estimate. Donald Trump had a nasty attitude. Asked me when I was going to get the work done and I told him I dont know, I am shopping for estimates. He told me he cant write anything up since I am not getting it soon and no one will give me a price if I am not getting the work done now! I said I dont k ow when I am getting it done. He then told me he cant match my color, its too difficult because its candy coated. I was looking to get a few spots touched up. I never got an estimate after I received my third excuse. I just walked away. Horrible service!

Im very, very happy with the work these guys did. My Impala SS looks brand new again! Jeff Lee was very honest and up-front about pricing and different levels of coverage. I also made it known that the vehicle had a lot of sentimental value to me and I was willing to spend the money for quality. The rental car I was able to get on-site was an added bonus...I only gave four stars just because theres always room for improvement. I highly recommend them, and will be stopping by again for my next paint job. I am impressed!

I love Maaco. I have had two cars painted there! I got excellent customer service! the guys in the office are great! I got a FREE estimate so I knew what it was going to cost me before I had my car painted! They helped me understand the entire process! I have my cars preped so get a great paint job everytime! Having my car painted at Maaco I was able to sell my car for much more than I would have returned in it original condition.

Went to pick up vehicle but there was several problems so we left it for them to correct. Came back second time and was not perfect but I accepted it because they already had it for three weeks and it looked ok. Next day notice bumper was still misaligned. Then it rained, I had water getting in the vehicle and tail light. The only good thing that I am happy about is at least my vehicle smells new on the inside still.

I wouldnt go to any other shop. They have done two of my cars. One was a late model Toyota Tundra with front end damage. The other was a brand new Chevy Tahoe. The driver side door had a large gash from a garage. Maaco did a great job with both of them. it looks like the factory finish. Go to this maaco as it is the only Certified shop in the area. Their prices beat most shops.

I just recently came in to fix my girlfriends car. The front end was smashed up a little bit. I got the parts myself and dropped them off at Maaco. Apurva was nice to help me. Very fast! My parts were painted and the next day put on the car. Looks like how she bought it!
