I have had my car repaired there twice, in unfortunate circumstances.... They are the best!!! Girl up front very friendly and forth coming, Melissa did the estimate on my car, congrats to her for her promotion to estimator!!!! To George Mc Henry the General Manager,for reassuring me about the all brand new parts, (Honda), that were put on, when the insurance company sent them shabby parts, he let them know in no uncertain terms, he was not putting any old shabby parts on the customers car. for that i was elated because Illinois does not give you a choice, like Indiana does. To Tom who reassured me that my car would look brand new again, and i was also told that he is the best, and he will be working on my car. I had no qualms... They live up to there workmanship , true PROFESSIONALS!!!!!!
