I went to bumpus a couple years back for my car to get a new bumper put on due to accident....anyway the day I go pick my car up they did not fix my dash which had poped out during the wreck,you couldnt miss it !Then when I went inside to get someone to fix it they actually asked me if I could do it myself. The guy that fixed my dash had an attitude about it. They sould have ordered me a new one because it has a crack on it but they where so concerned about the bumper they didnt I dont know. So the Bumper they never secured it properly which I didnt notice until next day I was so upset I didnt go back today I am writing this review cause I had my friend fix the bumper for me and when he took the outside shell off the styrafoam filler for the bumper was TAPED on with masking TAPE! wow,my friend said if you dont know thats not suppose to be taped on. They also lost my car keys I waited a hour for them to find them. I never wrote a review before but after today I wanted to get the word out about this "repair shop"

I was sent to this body shop by an insurance company to fix my bumper. Went to pick up my car and the work promised was not done. I was told he called but I never called back. I have voicemail and most certainly would have called as I was anxious to get my car. The bumpers dont marry up on both sides (they did before the accident) and when I complained I was told that it was a body kit and that was the best they could do but that I could bring it back. Considering I would have to be without my car again, that is difficult for me to do. We have used the bumpus shop by exit 11 and they did a much better job. Im very disappointed and wont recommend this shop to anyone.

The work done here at Bumpus North is substandard absolutely terrible have taken my car in here 3 times. There is no attention to detail. They do a piss poor job. Never will I take my car here again. They take no pride in their work and make excuses for everything that they messed up on or didnt fix. Joshs customer service is horrible. Will report them to the Better Business Burearu. I have no idea why USAA still recommends them. Theyve gotta be held accountable someway somehow otherwise theyll keep doing piss poor work instead of taking pride in what they do and making sure its done to standard as if it just came out of the factory.

This shop sucks, do yourself a favor and take your car anywhere else. I do not understand how USAA still recommends this place. Just to name a few. Car was week late, got called several times when the car was still not done, poor quality, I can still see where my car was hit, they will try to get away with the bare minimum, my car interiors where disgusting full of dust which Im still trying to get off my leather seats, i had to go back several times only to point out flaws and poor work they did in my car. Not to mention I took my car home with missing parts after they have it for near a month. Just dont do it.

I didnt listen to the reviews and gave them a chance.... Totally screwed myself. Dont go there, theres a reason they have such low stars. I get my truck back and now i have to fix all the stuff they didnt do and am having problems getting them to fix it... Should have fixed it myself. So upset

I needed the address to Bumpus & saw the reviews & am appalled. Ive had several vehicles repaired by Josh & the folks at Bumpus North, they are awesome. I bring my vehicles from over an hour away because I know & trust this shop. Theyve never left me down and Ive never been disappointed.

Seriously, Stay away from this business. The level of care/service is JV at best. You (especially if you are military) are nothing more than a number to them. Find yourself a nice small body shop. They will treat you better than Bumpus. I dont even know why USAA recommends this place.

The Bumpus Auto Body team is awesome they have worked on my vehicles and my wifes vehicles for over 12 years. Their customer service is second to none. If you are looking for a honest body shop that work is reliable and correct the first time around choose Bumpus Auto Body.

How does this shop have such a low rating?! Ive used them THREE times for THREE separate vehicles and they are miracle workers. Incredibly professional and prompt we will go nowhere else! The best in Clarksville. Hands down. Dont trust anyone else.
