My initial impression was very positive of this body shop based off of the reviews and I assume that the technicians do an excellent job with what they have been trained to do. I brought the car in previously for an estimate and he put a patch of pain on a rusting portion of the dent for free! I recently called the body shop asking if the estimate was negotiable and if we could work on or split the difference between what the insurance company would right a check for and what the body shops repair estimate was. Not necessarily an unreasonable request and also not something I was expecting to get...just wondering. What was Dan Pascale (the body shops appraiser)s response? "Call me back July 7....and he subsequently hung up on me. I called back to clarify I did not intend to offend anyone...and he stated in an elevated tone of voice "LOOK WE ARE NOT FIXING YOUR CAR GO TO YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY AND FIND ANOTHER PLACE THATS IT END OF DISCUSSION"...and hung up. I understand the fellow may not have taken an academic course on customer service or received public relations training of any sort, but that was fairly obnoxious. I was willing to pay the difference for the quality of work I have heard about but I will not entertain someone so rude on the phone.

For two years, I scratched my car many times, leaving marks and dents all over the exterior... so I drove to Guy and Sons on an early Monday morning for an estimate. Tom went through looked at my car in great details, gave me four pages entailing all the work they were going to do, and offered an estimate accurate to the cent. I told him I would go look for other estimates, he said of course, and nothing more. I went to one other place, and that guy just looked around and gave me a range way higher than Toms in less than a minute. I didnt look further. I dropped off my car two Mondays later and picked it up that Friday. It was perfect. Tom made sure he fixed everything by going through the list and asking me to examine every little detail before paying. For the few tiny specks we found, he and his friend touched those up for me on the spot. When I paid, its exactly the estimate. Its my first time going to a body shop, so I dont know what to expect, but I am very satisfied with the experience.

They made getting the car repaired an actual pleasant experience. The price was very fair and the car was done beautifully and was ready on time (even a little early.) I hope I do not need their services again but if I do these are my go-to guys.

Before and after photos from when I got side swiped. Wonderful service. Delivered on time and theyre super friendly too. This is the second car weve had repaired there and they do exceptional work. Will not take my car anywhere else.

Bad experience with them. They fixed my car as if it was their first time doing this. Dirt under the clear coat and visible sanding marks and crooked bumper. In Business Since 1962 ? doesnt seem like it. Avoid this place.

These guys are incredible - fast, great work and very friendly. They take the pain out of the fact that your car needs work!
