Many people would BYPASS this place and assume the worst because of its location. I gave them a chance because they were listed with my insurance carrier. This experience was UNPROFESSIONAL. The management is RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. They are OBVIOUSLY accustomed to dealing with those who arent business savvy and/or those who demand proper customer service. I was greatly inconvenienced by them giving me unreasonable time lines and then failing to communicate changes with me or my insurance company. I made changes to my work schedule because of the dates that they gave me and LESS than 24hrs later they called me demanding that I pickup my vehicle (repairs were completed) or Id be charged storage fees per day. They didnt care about what plans I had made based on what they told me and the GENERAL MANAGER became argumentative and unreasonable about this MIScommunication on THEIR behalf. This was MY experience... lesson learned - and ive never experienced this at establishments OUTSIDE of the inner city.

Vince & his staff are the best body shop on the south side. From the time my car arrived fixed & released to me they made it easy in a stressful situation. Even months after they followed up with me making sure the car was in top working condition. I am definitely recommending C&O to everyone I know. Thanks C&O for putting my Challenger back the way I bought it.

I had never had to have work done on my vehicle due to an auto crash. My whole front end was tore off. My vehicle looks brand new inside and out!!!!!. I appreciate the entire staff. My vehicle was actually ready before the expected the time.
