I came to CDE to get an estimate. Went inside. Very clean and modern. Talked to receptionist and told her i needed an estimate. I was going through the other persons insurance and I gave its name. Not an insurance provider that has a commercial. She recommended that i go through my insurance. I listened while she informed me. Then she said sorry about that. I said wait you cant give me an estimate. She said no theyll just throw it away anyway. I was highly upset. How do you turn down a potentially paying customer? What if i wanted to pay out of pocket and get reimbursed? How does she know this company is like others? Lost my potential biz

I was in and out dropping off my damaged vehicle and picking up my rental (15min.) The ladies at the front desk were very professional, customer friendly and precise. Through the time my vehicle was being repaired I was given an update once or twice daily. The GEICO rep. was amazing! I really loved the service! Thank you to everyone at CDE, you rock!
