Initially, Gerber Collision would not have received three stars from me, due to their lack of communication amongst their departments / employees. I had to call them many times to start the process of fulfilling their warranty obligation. Also, their lack of follow-up was not up to the standards in which customer satisfaction requires. Beginning October 31 and ending today, December 7, Gerber Collision has rectified the many issues I encountered in the midst of entrusting them with my vehicle. I recommend incorporating a protocol which will yield customer satisfaction from start to finish, while opening up lines of communication through-out their various departments.
