Very rarely do I feel compelled to apply for an account just to write a review for something. Dealing with this post office has been the one case in my life where the experience has been so negative that I upgraded to Google+ just to write about it.As indicated by a few others that have written reviews for this office before me, the two ladies at the front desk show absolutely no interest in helping customers whatsoever. Its obvious from their attitude that they only care about being paid. As long as they get paid, why should they care about the customer? How these two ladies were hired remains big question for me. My personal case is as follows:Id ordered a phone off of Amazon on 12/24/2012, as my old phone had died on me the week before. I had expected the delivery to be made before the new year. Anxious to get my new phone, I checked the tracking system on 12/29/2012 and was happy to find that it was out for delivery. Come 4PM, an update was made showing that a delivery attempt was made, and given I hadnt answered the door, a notice was left. Keep in mind that I was home this entire time. I checked the door and the mailbox, and no notice was to be found. I promptly sent a request over to USPS customer service requesting that a redelivery be made the next work day, 12/31/2012. 12/31/2012, still no delivery. I decided that this was taking much longer than necessary and would go to the post office to check on the delivery status. 1/2/2013, I head over to this post office in the morning to ask them to help me locate the package. The young lady at the front desk heads to the back for 30 seconds, and comes back telling me that it isnt at their office and that I should call their manager. I went home and called their manager, and she tells me that the package should be at this office. I come back to this office asking them to look again. It still isnt there. The young lady at this point is at a lost as to what to do and directs me to the next counter with the older lady. This lady then proceeds to tell me that there is nothing they can do to locate the package, and gives me the number for their manager yet again, all the while seeming smug and happy that shed given a less than sufficient effort into servicing a customer. When I requested a bit more effort be made to locate the package, she immediately dismisses me, making it obvious she has no further interest in helping me. Given that there was nothing further I could do, I went home and checked the mailbox to find that a notice was FINALLY left while i was gone. Unfortunately, the box for when I could pick my package up was left blank. I went back to the post office to check, thinking the mailman mightve left it there after Id left. Of course all I get is more attitude and crude service from the two ladies at the front desk, and was told to come back tomorrow. The end of this story is extremely ironic. On the way back home, I find a USPS truck a block away from where I live. I produce the pink notice slip, and the mailman finds my package on the truck. At least now I dont have to face the lame joke that this office calls customer service again! In the future, I will definitely think twice before buying from anybody that sends their goods through USPS. USPS couldnt accurately locate a package even with a tracking number. Their customer service team is unprofessional and uninterested in helping the customer. There is no reason to expect this to change, and I would avoid this office at all costs.

I was in the post office today and honestly say they have one of the worse service. The 2 black ladies in front are rude and absolutely NOT friendly. When i went there today there was 2 lines, one for picking up and the other one was probably for purchasing stamps or envelopes . I was told to go wait in the pick up line because i was picking up a package, obviously. After waiting for 10 mins she finally got to me and she got my package and then I was told to go to the other line so the other lady can take care of me because she had to go to the back. So, I had to wait in the other line for another 20 mins until i finally got my package. After standing there and observing them work I can tell that the ladies had no chemistry and that they are not even happy with their job.

Upon my arrival being my first time doing a package delivery, two to be exact; i asked a simple question, " excuse me, which form do I need to fill out for my packages?" I was given a very rude response - "I dont know". Seriously? There was someone in line and it wasnt my turn. I was holding somewhat heavy packages and just wanted to get started to fill out forms..I could have gotten a, give me a few minutes and let me get back with you.. If I need her response was going to be of that rudeness, i would not have even bother to speak to her and spend more time figuring it out on my own.. I left and took my business somewhere else. Will not go back to this location and will not recommend.

So my business is closed, huh? Delivery attempt but apparently myself and the other 170 employees we have all just disappeared at the very moment your driver attempted to deliver our package. Just spoke to our front office girl who said she hasnt seen a USPS drive all day either. I sure love when I get a lazy driver who just doesnt feeling like driving over here so he just says the business was closed. Great part of it all is these are government garbage employees who will never get fired for anything they do. Cant wait until Amazon puts your lazy asses out of business :)

This was the Worst Experience In my Life!!!!! The Ladies there beyond rude, not helpful and the worst. Truly I have never seen someone treat there customers so bad while they are at there Job. Also My package wasnt delivered I requested it twice for a redelievery and it never came. I had to go in person I got there excatly at 9am and they didnt open until 15min later. Also for the spanish speaking customers no one was there to help them. Mail comes from all over the world. I just couldnt believe my visit there would of been that horrible.

This place has "lost" two of my packages and forwarded others to random places claiming the packages had the wrong zip code on them, which they didnt. I honestly think the packages didnt disappear into thin air, I think someone from there stole them. The customer service is horrible. They dont do anything to help, even if you have a tracking number. The ladies are rude and useless! Im not buying anything that uses the USPS services. I rather pay more to have UPS or FedEx deliver my packages than the thieves at USPS.

The yellow haired buzz cut woman must hate her job. She has no business working in the post office. First of all she is the only one who can do passports and you are telling me she takes her break one hour before they stop doing passports, train more employees to do her job because she doesnt deserve to work there. She is the definition of lazy service and I can bet she would throw a tantrum if customer service treated her as badly as she treats customers there.
