WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS JOKE OF A BUSINESS. 1. They ruined one of my expensive shirts. The shirt has cuffs has a pattern when you flip them and its permanently wrinkled. Ive taken this shirt to other dry cleaners around the area, and never had this problem. 2. They wasted my time and money. I came in last week before Christmas to drop off my expensive chinos. I have the CD bag and I usually go inside to tell them no crease on the pants and I did, the cashier Sarah, just ignored me and said ok, I thought she was going to tag my pants but she actually didnt, and I didnt realize until afterwards. Now a week later I come in and my chinos are creased in the middle, these arent for work nor are they professional for business wear. I wanted to go off on them because I came in and told them NO CREASE. Luckily, I demanded to be refunded and then they said they would make it RIGHT and repress my pants. THE NEXT DAY, I come in and my "redone" pants are ready, I thought they did it right and so I went home, and looked at the pants again, THEY WERE NOT REDONE, they still had the CREASE. they wasted my TIME, my TRUST, and my MONEY. Never coming back to this place ever again, I suggest to go to other more reputable, and well established dry cleaners in the area. I wish I can give them 0 starts in this review.

Excellent customer service. Even though I had accidentally left my wallet at home, they let me pay at pickup and even helped with a 24 hr rush on my dry cleaning for a wedding the next day. Next time Ill plan better but knowing how accommodating Lizette Salinas and the staff are, I wouldnt hesitate to use Countryside CD One again.

This is more than just a cleaners. They are efficient, friendly, and above all, provide great service at an affordable price. They even have complimentary Starbucks coffee; what more can you ask for? I highly recommend CD One at Countryside.

People are nice there but the quality of pressing shirts was quite disappointing. Wrinkles on the sides of all my shirts. 12 shirts all wrinkled. Going in to a locally owned store from now on. Worth the extra money for quality

Nice staff - good prices - quick turnaround for cleaning and pressing my clothes. Cant ask for much more. Lines can get a bit long during peak times but its to be expected considering this locations popularity.
