If I could give this place zero stars I would! When this location first opened I really liked them, but sadly like many businesses once they feel like they have your business they dont have to continue doing what they did originally to keep it. The last few times I went in, the young lady at the desk acted as if I were bothering her by dropping my cleaning off, they didnt use heavy starch like I asked even though it was on the receipt. But the straw that broke the camels back was when I dropped off 5 pairs of slacks (along with several other items- my bill this time was close to $60) yes,they counted 5 pairs of slacks when I picked up my clothes, but Tuesday of the following week as Im getting ready for work I realize one of the pants isnt mine. I think ok no big deal... Ill just take these back, the person that had my pants would return them and all would be well....NOT so much! I went back and forth to the store made several phone calls, the mgr never returned my calls despite saying she would,and my pants never showed up. It wouldnt have been such a big deal if I hadnt been lied to several times and insulted by the manager. You see, I cant just buy pants off the rack and wear them, I have to have my pants altered, and because of this I invest in quality items. Here in lies the problem and why Ill never spend another penny at this CD one price location...after waiting more than 2 weeks for my pants I finally asked to be reimbursed $100 which is actually what I paid for them, before having them altered. Mind you...not once did I get an apology, only attitude as if I were trying to pull something over on them by asking that they pay me for my pants,but manager actually tried to deduct for depreciation and tell me that I could go buy a less expensive pair and they would tailor them for me! Are you kidding?!!? Ive already deducted considering- A). Ive been looking for another pair like that for a few months and havent been able to find any, but B) Ive been using the same tailor for over 10 yrs,and if youve ever needed something altered then you know that you cant just have anyone tailor your stuff... So I will not be returning....its not so much about the pants, I get that mistakes happen and cleaners loose clothes all the time,but its the disrespect I was shown after asking them to right their wrong AFTER Id spent over $1,000 doing business with them. A simple "Im sorry, I see that youve been doing business with us for a while. What can I do to make this better" in the beginning would have diffused this. Maybe if the owner ever comes back "from out of town" (yes I asked to speak with them) he or she will read this and see how the folks that they leave in charge make decisions.

Pretty cheap and clothes is well taken care off. However, I dont recommend the tailoring. I had my suit jacket tailored from the sleeves and it came out pretty ugly. Also, they dont move the buttons up from the sleeves, they just throw them out.

I love the same day service; Friendly & professional customer service. one of the employees offered to help me to my car with my clothing I had more then 20 items. ( Always putting the customer first) at the 17th Street Location

Best price and fastest service in the area. Only problem is that I frequently get shirts back just to find a button has been broken while in their care, and these arent cheaply made shirts.

Too often returned clothes have a stain. Took couple of shirts to Countryside location to re-do and have stains removed.
