I am writing this review because I want to share my experience with you about what I encountered going to the CD One Price Cleaners. I have brought many clothes to this cleaner, many of which were damaged or not fully cleaned. The last incident got me really frustrated. I brought in a silk tie that my husband wore for the first time to a bonfire, and I wanted them to take the smell out. At the time at which I went to go pick it up, I found that it had stains in several spots and the threads were pulled in two places. The manager claimed I brought the tie in to them like this. I told him that I am not taking this tie until they clean it. It was there for three weeks and no progress was made. It was hard to keep my emotions inside about how I felt about this situation. The managers attitude was not the way it should have been toward an upset customer. He made a big deal about this situation, and I told him I would not leave until he reimbursed me for the tie he ruined. After argumentation and multiple conversations, he told me to bring in the original receipt and only then would he reimburse me for the tie. To his surprise, I came back with the original receipt. He threw me $20 dollars and, with an attitude, said something along the lines of Is that enough for you? Although the $20 wasn’t the exact amount, I took the money because I didn’t want to fall victim to more arguments. I suggest that you take photos of your clothes in their facility right before you give them to this cleaner to prove to them that you gave them in in a better shape than they are returning them.

They lost my cuff links on one dress shirt and left dirty marks (lines) on the other. I understand things get lost in a busy place like this, but the reason why I am giving this place a bad rating is the managers attitude toward upset customers. He tried to imply that I brought the shirt without the cuff links when I had them on the shirt all the time until the second before I dropped it off. They told me they think the dirty marks (lines) on the other dress shirt were belt marks (Yeah, like I wear a belt over my shirt, not over my pants.) Although he offered me replacement cuff links for the shirt, I got mad because he was condescending to upset customers. Suggestions for customers: take photos of your clothes right before you drop them off. This will shut their smart mouths when things happen.

i have taken my brand new $1000 suit to this dry cleaner and i specifically told them that this suit is new and all it need is an quick iron and thats it. i paid the price and when i went back to pick it up the suit was burned couple spots, the buttons were all meltdown and stuck to it and on top of it all the completely have changed the suits design .. i talked to them and asked to talk to the manager hoping they get it fixed or something but i was faced with the rudest person you can ever imagine talking to me in a way like i own him something, all i asked was is there a way you could fix it.. then he pushed my suit towards me and saying to bad its your problem now not ours. i will never going to take anything there and neither should you worse experience ever in my whole life.

This dry cleaner lost my dry cleaning order which included a sweater and a dress. They would not reimburse me for it. The owner kept promising to be there to speak to me about the situation and would never show up or would be hiding in the back of the store. I will never step foot in this dry cleaner again. I would suggest you do the same

Ive been coming here for a long time and spend good money here. Received my work shirts back, went home, noticed a "defective" tag on one of my shirts, no one ever mentioned it, now I have 2 giant cuts on each arm that came out of nowhere. I work a desk job and I would have noticed if I had 2 giant cuts on my shirt.

Great cleaners. Open early for drop off on the way to work. Love the way my clothes, coats, and bedspreads are handled - great job! Manager is personable and nice, remembers my name (the key check-in folks too which is AMAZING). Just a great overall experience (and value) for the money.

I love this CD One Price Cleaners. Everyone is very friendly and professional. Clothing comes back looking great and everything is always ready when promised. The e-mail alert that my order is ready is an added bonus. And the same day service is something I really appreciate.

I dropped off my daughters gown and bonnet which is made of lace with embroidery. It clearly says dry clean only and when I got it back it was washed and dried. To make matters worst, the bonnet wasnt white anymore. They must have used colored water to soak it in.

Good cleaners, very inexpensive. Problem is, they dont take all the pills off of coats and when you ask, they are still not too helpful. You get what you pay for when it come to coats and bigger items, but for suits and shirts, they are excellent.

The dry cleaning is cheap and if you have a old blanket or big jacket its a good deal. If you make them your main destination for dry cleaning you will notice that you clothing will start to come upset
