I am so disgusted with this "business". I didnt even want to grant this establishment the satisfaction of a single starred review. We have frequented this cleaners only because they are the only cleaners near us that offers same day cleaning. We would have stopped giving our business a long time ago, but the rude/ignorant attitudes were manageable in return for a nearby cleaners. However, today we have had enough. A suit (less than a year old) was dropped off to be cleaned. After we picked it up and got home, a generously sized hole was noticed in the elbow of the suit jacket. This hole was NOT there prior to dropping off the coat and was clearly the result of this establishment. A call was made to enquire as to why there was a hole and if we would be reimbursed for the suit jacket that is non-repairable. The response we received was, "That is from the normal wear and tear of everyday use. The coat was given to us like that and we will not pay for it. We can patch the elbow for free, but we will not reimburse for the jacket." This is infuriating and further action is being taken. Take note, when you treat certain customers like absolute trash and ruin their clothes when money is tight already, karma will get you.

I should have known since the beginning this place is no good. Too bad I didnt read the reviews prevously from mine. So I walk in with my winter coat which is brand new, well I went to pump gas the freaking gas pump was leaking no sign on the pump saying out of service! Point being I got gas all over my new jacket, by the way not soo cheap jacket Laundry by Shelli Segal. Real fluffly. So I walk in the guy gives me my receipt and I went on a Friday I requested my jacket the next day but he said they couldnt it would take a long time so he said until Monday, so okay im thinking theyre going to do an awesome job since they are putting some time into my jacket. Yeah right im walking out as nd I see the guy just throw my jacket it seemed the floor but maybe a counter top and kept talking with an elderly woman since that moment I got a bad vibe I should have tooken my jacket at that moment but I didnt. Well my husbsnd went to pick up my jacket which they asked him 1 million questions about instead of just searching in their system for my name and when I got home from work my jacket was no longer fluffy, it was so flat like if I would have washed it myself. I paid so much for a bad job.NEVER AGAIN.

I dont even have my clothes back and I can already tell you Im not going back. I dropped them off Tuesday to pick them up Friday afternoon for a wedding on Saturday. Guy tells me theyll be ready at 4pm on Friday. I get there at 4:30pm and theres a sign on the friggin door telling people that because of the weather, theyll be closing every day at 4. I swear to god I almost threw something at the window just so I could get my clothes. Theyd better be open tomorrow otherwise I just might.

Came in and was greeted by some sort of ugly swamp creature working at the desk. Arab guy tried to make sexual advances and then tried to offer me free dry cleaning for sexual favors. Nasty dirty people!

Terrible service customer service. They STAPLE tags on to the clothes! I have to use pliers to remove them. They charge extra for credit card payments without notifying you. I wont be going anymore.

Great customer service, I always bring my work suits to be dry cleaned. They even know Military standards for service uniforms. Highly reccomend this place. Dont feed into the bad reviews.

All my white shirts and coats that I gave them came back as yellowish color. On top they didnt even smell clean. I am very upset, and will never come back to this dry cleaner place again.
