Its little wonder that with all the other cleaner/alteration places around Milwaukee closing up shop, North Point Cleaners is here to stay. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast they cleaned the two suits I brought them and how well they fixed a large tear a pair of dress pants had sustained. I couldnt even tell which pocket had been torn! Dont believe any of these negative posts, the staff are courteous, friendly and above all professional. The people that left negative comments are quite obviously delusional narcissists who were probably trying to pull some kind of scam over on these nice people. If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would.

What babies, I sent in a pair of pants that needed to be dry cleaned, they also had a little tear in the side, they fixed the little tear without asking me and charged me 6 dollars for a couple stitches. When I called and asked for a refund for the job they told me to bring in the card and pants so that they can tear it back open and then give my money back. However they clean pants alright so I didnt give them a zero stars... if thats even possible.

I have been taking my cloths here for alterations and dry cleaning since I was a freshman in college at UWM (1996). I live in Bay View now and still make the short trek up to the East Side. The owners are the nicest peole, I highly recommend taking your clothes here!

The most awful laundry place! I sent my winter jacket in and it still has stains when I get it back. I asked for reimbursement. They said its not guaranteed that clothes can be cleaned...very rude and refused to reimburse...
