We called up to inquire about their policy regarding doing the laundry by just washing and drying and was told that its basically 14.99 for 15 pounds and anything over that it is 99cents a pound. Drove to the store and double checked the explanation that I was given over the phone and had to prepay for the laundry to be cleaned. When all of the bags were brought into the store and weighted and when they saw the number of bags of laundry the staff had a fit and complained about the laundry and that to them dirty laundry smelled and they refused to clean my laundry and the manager who was of another race along with her staff proceeded to make us a butt of their jokes and then came to rebag my laundry wearing rubber gloves and face masks but didnt do that with anyone elses clothes. Do your self a favor and dont give them the time of day or your business.if I could I would give -100%

I took my coat here to get cleaned. It has a small hole in it, they dont do alterations... Okay fine... the worker then snatches my hood off, recommended not to clean it because they would ruin the fur on the hood.... she ripped the button off when she snatched my hood off... I left, they sucked before they started so no way would I let them ruin my belonging even more.

CD One really helps me stay presentable at work. My clothes have always been returned to me better than I could clean and press them myself. I used to spend too much time ironing. But now, at a reasonable price, that time has been freed up. Although always busy, the service always comes with a smile. Thank you CD One.

I have a dry cleaner that I have been very loyal to for 20 years, but their increase in price motivated me to look elsewhere. I saw the ad for CD one price and gave it a shot. I went for the price, but was very pleased with the quality. One day service and their email notification. Most important , clothes look great!

Refused to dry clean a coat because someone threw up on it in. Not my problem you cant wash a single garment on its own. Used to go here every week; never again will they get my business. Going to Pine Cleaners in Tinley from now on. Better prices apparently too.

Very bad quality service 7 times i use them because of fast service but i found out i have been taken my clothes the same as i dropped them !!!!!!!! And the manager says yes the clothes not clean but i cant refund the money just dont use us no more! !!!
