Recently I took a pea coat and a dress jacket into Net Cleaners. They looked over the pea coat and put a pin next to a loose button, saying that sewing on buttons was free. The day after picking the order up, I put the pea coat on and discovered that pin was still on the coat and the button was still hanging loose. I stopped back at the cleaners and explained that I had been told they would sew on the button for free as part of the order. The lady told me that not only did they not put that particular pin in the coat, but that when she pulled up the order she could not find the coat on the order! She said they would be happy to sew the button on for a fee, but I did not want to leave it if they would not even acknowledge that they had cleaned it in the first place. This basically amounts to them calling me a liar. I would have liked to title this review "Dishonest", but I decided just to make my point here. I am known for being honest and having an excellent memory, and I did not appreciate having my integrity questioned! Customer service is definitely lacking here! I will return to the cleaner I had been going to for years. Sometimes it is worth the effort to go farther for better service!

I typically have never been loyal to one dry cleaners, hopping from one to the next based on whatever coupons I get in the mail. But my recent visit to Net Cleaners has put an end to that habbit. Not only was the woman extremely polite and friendly, but when I went to pick up my clothes, she had her husband (I think it was her husband) carry my clothes to my car and hang them up for me. Then he walked around to the drivers side of my car, and opened the door to let me in. He closed the door after I was settled and sent me off with a huge smile on his face and a "Have a great day." For those few minutes I felt like a princess and have never been treated with so much courtousy after spending $20 in a store. It honestly made my day. And to boot, the clothes I picked up looked great. Im happy to report, Ive found my cleaners of choice.

I have been going here for a couple years, and so I overlooked the occasional problem- being a little pricey, a pants hem a little to short, a slightly crooked hem... until they destroyed a bridesmaid dress. They cut the hem two inches too short, and ruined the one shoulder strap by cutting it crookedly. They told me the hem was too short because it looked like I gained a lot of weight. Not only untrue, but insulting, and also an issue that would not have affected the hem. Refused to give me a refund. Poor service, poor sewing- I should have left after the first poor job.
