This lady was very unprofessional in the way that she handled the situation that occurred in her business. I took a dressing to get cleaned had a little stain. Frankly the stain was just a dot and I wasnt even worried too much about it. She simply told me that shed tried to get the stain out, fine totally reasonable. However she failed to tell me it could make it worse by trying. Extreme neglect on her end. This dress is a $700 dress definitely dont take anything you care about to this place. To add to the unpleasant experience here, somehow she thinks it is okay and ethical to make me pay for my dress to be cleaned and returned in worse condition than I gave it to her in. Not only did she refuse to give me my money back but she insisted on raising her voice to try to prove her point and I ask what point. This is completely unacceptable for a business to perform like this. The white line is what she did to my dress and the little dot next to it is what she tried to get out of my dress. Its not even on top of each other she completely missed the dot. To top it off. I especially love how she tries to tell me there were two dots like I dont know what it looked like before I gave it to her.

By far one of the fairest and most professional cleaners Ive been to. I have had some alterations done there and when told it would be done after 3 or 4 days minimum, I got a call saying it was done. I was thrilled because I really needed the items for a business trip. The staff are so nice too, which hasnt been my experience with many cleaners lately. This will be my regular cleaners now!

Always do a great job for a reasonable price, and the nice Korean lady there is always a pleasure to work with.
