Not a great experience at Martinizing. First time I picked up clothes I previously dropped off there was a huge stain on a $100 Brooks Brothers shirt that wasnt there before. I "liked" them on FB expecting a $5 credit that never materialized. And today (Thursday) I was going to drop off more clothes and asked if I can get them Saturday. They acted like I asked them to jump over the moon. I pointed out they offer same day service so why would a 2 day turnaround be a problem. I was told there would be a 10% additional charge on top of their already high prices and even then he couldnt guarantee Id have by Saturday. So I scooped everything up and will take my business elsewhere. Thats a big loss for them as I wear suits 6 days a week and spend a lot on dry cleaning. I do NOT recommend Martinizing and suggest you take your business elsewhere.

I am thoroughly satisfied with the professional , friendly manner Ive received from Martinizing Green Cleaners. Amazing . Simply the best cleaners Ive ever used. Martinizing Green Cleaners has put the life back into my favorite throws and handles my dressier outfits with the greatest of care. I couldnt be happier. Its difficult to find such excellent care of not only my favorite articles but they also visibly greet me with a smile and make me feel valued. Ive not been disappointed at all not even in the slightest . The owner Vince Aversano clearly aims to see his clients happy and treats everyone professionally , accommodating all types of needs. Im definitely a loyal returning customer. The friendly staff at Martinizing Green Cleaners is always ready to assist. Just the type of service I needed for a very long time. 100% satisfied .

I had been a long time customer but they ruined a $200 dress and were extremely unprofessional about the entire experience. First they pressed all the pleats out of the gown and when they tried to fix it they tried to make me pay for it after I had been told I would not be charged. Then they didnt even do it correctly after I had showed them pictures of the dress prior to them destroying it. There are now angled lines in the back of the dress, a run of the fabric and it is still not pleated. They completely ruined a dress and a wedding because of this. They never called to tell me it was "ready" - I had to call them. If you value your clothes, time, and family functions - dont take anything to them.
