I only gave 1 star because in order to post this complaint. I was referred by CD One Cleaners to this place to have my daughter dress hemmed. The lady told me the dress would be $10 to clean and $20 to hem. After a friend picked up the dress, to my surprise the cardigan was missing. I called inquiring about the missing item and was told the dress was only hemmed in the back, not the front. I was told to bring it back, they would fix it. Once I arrived, I was told that I had to bring the dress back in a week to have it fixed free of charge. I asked for a refund since my dress was not properly hemmed. I was told they gave me a discount and only charged me for half of the dress. I was quoted this price and paid in good faith and they did not complete the hem. This place is a rip off!!!

Worst experience Ive ever had!! Costumer service was awful! Tailor told her coworker she didnt have patience for us and to handle it. She kept giving attitude and being so rude. We are paying for the service so she has no reason not to have patience for the customers. Will never come here again. And will definetly tell my friends and family not to come here.

This is my go-to cleaners. Ive been coming here for almost two years and they do a great job getting your clothes dry cleaned. They also have great customer service, I live in Glenview and never hesitate to do the drive to drop off my clothes.

Had a horrible costumer service, no manners from the female tailor, she was rude and disrespectful, even after I mentioned her attitude the continued to be rude. They lost a customer for sure, I will never go back to this place.
